Our reps can start drilling the new messaging the same week the product ships. For leadership, it provides a defensible view that ramp is consistent and uniform across the organization. We’ve also standardized objection-handling coaching across the entire global team.

I noticed some voice latency at first. It has improved since then, but I’d still flag it as something to watch closely during a phased rollout.

Reporting visibility is what ultimately closed the deal for me. I can clearly see who’s actually progressing and who’s still stuck on the same objection week after week, and that directly changes how I plan my coaching. The reps get to practice in a low-pressure environment and improve through repetition, which is the part that really benefits them. The post-session feedback also evaluates what was said, not just how it was delivered, and that’s exactly what traditional roleplay never gave me.

Not every language feels equally polished. English has been solid for our team, but our partners in LATAM have pointed out that some Spanish responses sound slightly off or unnatural.
