The no-code monitors in Secoda make it easy for our team to set up and automate data quality checks without needing to write scripts.

The integration with our existing data stack, including BigQuery and Snowflake, was seamless, allowing us to manage everything from one platform.

Their customer service is top notch - upon implementation I identified several bugs that they took note of and either fixed immediately or added to their roadmap. - The Dictionary feature has enabled alignment on metric definition, with easy discovery for non-technical business stakeholders

- The catalog and metrics feature has enabled our more technical users (analysts/data scientists) to easily dive into data lineage and to quickly understand what is driving our models, metrics and reports.

- It's relatively easy to use.

- Customer support has been responsive towards any questions/bugs raised.

- Integration has been great, allowing various platforms to flow into Secoda.

- Documentation on table/resource/column-level is permitted, even allowing us to create an executable query on the documentation page.

- Lineage enables us to easily see the downstream/origins of the data

- Q&A section which enables the team to raise questions and keep record of them, in case other team members may raise similar questions in the future.

Our experience with the Secoda team has been superb- they actively seek out user feedback, and prioritize adding features we request. They turned around an integration we needed that they didn't yet support in a matter of days. I regularly come to them with a vague understanding of a problem or a use case without an implementation idea, and they take the time to fully understand what I'm thinking and consistently offer solutions that are clearly the right fit. - The team is very helpful, prompt to respond to queries and fixing bugs

- They are working relentlessly on some nuanced, custom requests from our team with a Can-do approach for any problem we throw at the team.

- Love the features for Questions, Metrics visualisation, Dictionaries and creating templates for them.

- Exhaustive documentation on how-to-use secoda making it easier to onboard as an admin as well.

The product is a little buggy considering it's still an evolving one, but the team is quick to fix most of them and lets you see all the bugs that they're working on and vote for the ones you think needs to be fixed too ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Secoda solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're still in the early stages of using the product but these are the primary problems we're looking for Secoda to solve:

Data discovery and governance - Most of information about our huge data sources are residing in heads of data developers or in disparate Confluence docs or JIRA tickets. Secoda would provide a centralised location to look-up all things data related to our org. Will be easier to point to new hires or team members to a page on secoda vs having to sit on a call to explain the data to them, thereby saving time, once implemented properly.

Data lineage - how different data impacts downstream/upstream and alerting on change management,. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
