It also shows pricing and what is fair or not. However when I got to the event, the ticket takers told me that my tickets did not work/the venue was overbooked. The venue still let me in as I had a valid ticket after some troubles, and seat geek gave me a refund as well, so I was happy with their resolution. However, I feel that should not have happened in the first place. **What do you dislike about SeatGeek Enterprise?** That I almost did not get into the concert. I would be hesitant to use again because of this, because it could not go as well the next time and I won't be able to get in. **What problems is SeatGeek Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Seat Geek is more affordable than other options, and they give you a good depiction of where your seats are compared to other ticketing options. ### 8. They are a fraudulent company that should be subject to class action lawsuits from consumers who they have stolen money from. **What do you dislike about SeatGeek Enterprise?** They will take your money for an event and then lock you out of your account preventing you from accessing. They tell you that you have to contact support and when you do you are told it will take HOURS for them to send you an email to resent your password and then NOTHING comes. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to recover the money they stole from me. **What problems is SeatGeek Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** SeatGeel is not solving any problem, they are CREATING problems. There is no benefit to using SeatGeek, they pay off venues and sports teams to sign deals to sell tickets and then screw consumers over. ### 9. Fairly new to using but don't have any complaints. **What do you dislike about SeatGeek Enterprise?** I think one of the bigger disadvantages is how it compares to its competitors. Obviously there are more well-known entities like Ticketmaster and StubHub that also have a great reach. **What problems is SeatGeek Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding tickets and being able to purchase them at a reasonable cost. This is something that other ticketing sites can't compare to as they charge outrageous prices and fees. ### 10.
