If you're able to get past the chat bot and talk to a real person, they'll try to help, but the level 1 support person is so extremely limited in how they can help you often end up with your issue escalated and not knowing when, or if, you're actually going to get a reply on an issue. They also don't do a great job communicating new account features and updates to their top-tier subscribers. They are very much profits first and customers second. We don't like using AI for long-form content, but "OTTO" does a great job at improving page titles, meta descriptions, and adding alt text to images. Inadequate redress: While cancelling my account, rather than reparation I received a threat of how I would lose all of the work I had done if canceling.
