**What do you like best about Searchable?**

Searchable applies the soundest logic behind prompt tracking I've come across, and it's clear the team has put genuine thought into their solutions. This is a real point of difference from some competitors. The team themselves are brilliant too: responsive, helpful, and consistently a pleasure to deal with. I've worked closely in the past 6 months, so I've seen first-hand how seriously they take feedback and platform quality.

The platform strikes a great balance between AI-assisted features and manual setup, which for me reliably produces the best results. Pricing is genuinely fair compared to competitors, and you get access to every feature regardless of which package you're on.

They've recently launched MCP and Looker Studio integrations, which is wonderful news for us as an agency. The workflow and UX have also had an overhaul recently that made the platform significantly better and slicker to use. On top of that, their April update has made everything load far faster, so performance is now also excellent.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

As with any new tool, there's some scope for improvement and a couple of minor bugs to iron out — but knowing the team, I'd expect those sorted within a few weeks.

**What problems is Searchable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a tool that could bridge the gap between traditional SEO performance tracking, where measurement is reliable and well-established, and the new world of assumption-based tracking we've found ourselves in with AI Search. So now our strategic decisions could be more informed for our clients.

**What do you like best about Searchable?**

I use Searchable to track the search performance of multiple websites that I run. I like the articles section and find it incredibly useful. It doesn't just provide insights on how to improve organic search performance, but also gives the most effective means to do so. It helps me with strategies like not pushing for branded content but for branded content comparisons. It also shows which competitors are appearing where and provides unique resources to create a competitive strategy. I find Searchable much easier to use and less overwhelming compared to Ubersuggest. The initial setup of Searchable was super easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

I think it's a massive interface with a lot to focus on. I think SEO/AEO is a vast topic and it can't help you with everything in one go. I have also found that the AI tool can be a little basic or generic and generally tend to outsource my AI responses, but it's a good jumping off point.

**What do you like best about Searchable?**

What I like best about Searchable is its ability to bring clarity and practical structure to a rapidly evolving space.

It helped me better connect traditional SEO with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI Overviews, entity optimization, and LLM visibility. Rather than focusing on hype, Searchable provides real-world frameworks that can be applied immediately.

What I found particularly valuable is that it validated many strategic directions I was already exploring, while also giving me new perspectives and stronger ways to explain these concepts to clients and teams.

The people behind it are knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping others understand and apply what matters. It feels less like a course and more like a professional ecosystem built around the future of search.

For me, Searchable is the kind of platform I would want to build my AEO and GEO services around.

What I dislike least, rather than dislike most, is simply the time required to fully benefit from everything Searchable offers.

The platform and community provide a significant amount of valuable information, which is a strength, but it also means you need to dedicate real time to absorbing, testing, and implementing it properly. If you are managing clients, operations, and day-to-day execution, it can be challenging to give it the attention it deserves.

I also think some of the more advanced strategic opportunities could benefit from even more guided implementation examples for teams that want to move faster from learning to execution.

That said, this is not really a criticism of the platform itself, but more a reflection that the value is there, and to maximize ROI, you need the time and internal commitment to use it well.

Searchable helps solve one of the biggest challenges businesses face today: understanding how visibility is changing as search moves beyond traditional Google rankings and into AI-driven discovery.

Many companies still think only in terms of classic SEO, while AI Overviews, LLMs, entity recognition, and generative search are already changing how users discover brands, products, and services. The problem is not only technical, it is also educational, because many teams do not yet understand what needs to change.

For me, Searchable helps bridge that gap. It gives clearer frameworks to explain AEO, GEO, and AI visibility in practical business terms, not just technical language. The main thing to understand is that Searchable is operating in a category that is still being defined.

That is part of its value.

AI discovery is moving faster than most teams can measure manually. Searchable gives structure to that shift by helping you understand prompts, citations, recommendations, competitor visibility, and brand trust in AI-generated answers.

The learning curve is not really the platform. It is the mindset shift from rankings and traffic to answer ownership and AI-driven discovery.

I would like to see more benchmarking and workflow guidance as the category matures. But the core value is already clear: Searchable gives serious teams a way to see and act on a search environment that is quickly becoming too important to guess at.

Searchable solves one of the biggest gaps in modern SEO: traditional SEO platforms were built for rankings, not answers.
They can show keyword performance, SERP movement, backlinks, and technical issues. But they do not fully show how your brand is being represented inside AI-generated responses.
That is now a serious visibility gap.
AI answers are already influencing discovery, comparison, and trust before users click through to websites. In some cases, they may reduce the need for a click entirely. That means brands need to understand not only whether they rank, but whether they are being cited, recommended, and accurately framed inside the answer itself.
Searchable helps answer the questions becoming central to AEO:

The six-week learning group we participate in provides guidance on maximizing our AI search results. As this is a new platform and it is still an emerging space, it doesn't get everything right and some of the insight requires interpretation. That said, they are constantly iterating and improving.

I love Searchable's clean UI and how all the dashboards present data in a way that's easy to understand and access. Their AI agent is impressive and helps generate schema markup, answer site-specific questions, and create content. I also appreciate how it provides us with action steps to improve our AEO and GEO. Another standout feature is the ability to integrate a website's GA4, GSC, and Bing Webmasters data to get insightful reporting and visibility data. I value the latest updates of all the prompts we are tracking, which are nicely broken down by platform. It's a very affordable product with great features that keep getting better every month. The initial setup was very easy with guided onboarding steps and questions.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

Sometimes the AI Agent stops working. The length of the prompt is limited, so sometimes we cannot paste a longer code; we have to paste a screenshot. The prompt research can also be improved to suggest more relevant prompts.

**What problems is Searchable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searchable improves our AI visibility, tracks mentions and citations, and enhances our AEO and GEO. The AI agent suggests exact action steps, generates schema markup, and analyzes data from GA4, GSC, and Bing. The clean UI and detailed dashboards make data easily accessible.

I love how in depth the information is. The analytics are extremely useful and the way the information is presented makes it easy to show higher ups what's happening without too many details. It's great even for people who aren't familiar with the interface. You can go as detailed or as simple as you like.

The support is great too. I've taken part in two cohorts now, and the team answer questions well, and their customer service is speedy. I've spoken with a few people on the Slack channel too and they've been great.

You can really tell that the team care about the product.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

With how many updates are coming out, the interface changes regularly which can be quite annoying at times. I was presenting the data to the directors and in the time between me taking screenshots for the pres and actually doing it, the interface had changed so my original work was useless. 

I'd love there to be more accessibility options too. I find that the menu on the left hand side's font is too small for my eyes but zooming in zooms the whole of my window in.

There's a button in the bottom right which is for the agent, but sometimes it covers important buttons and I can't click them. It would be great if we could click an X on it to shrink it down so I can access those buttons.

It's helping us to see how people search for us, not just what they are searching. Without Searchable it feels like you're just stabbing in the dark at AISEO optimisation.

Searchable makes it easy to dive right in and glean insights about your organization's performance in AI search. The user interface is fairly intuitive and once you understand the app terminology, you can easily find what you are looking for. The ability to set your organization's competitors and track AI prompts relevant to your brand and further find prompts that you may not think of makes this an essential tool for brands looking to perform well in AI search. The integration with Google Search Analytics makes this app a replacement for Google Search Console making it an app your marketing team will use daily. The price point is fair for the features and provided. The Searchable Academy cohorts are invaluable for those learning about AI and trying to optimize their brands and websites for AI.. Searchable also valuable integrated AI tools to help find prompts your brand should be tracking, write articles that will help your brand show up higher in AI search results, and build schema for your website.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

To fully use Searchable, users need to have a basic understanding of AI search and how it performs; without Searchable Academy cohort, I do not know if I would be able to get the full benefit of the app. I have also had some challenges using the AI article writing feature. The first time I used the feature it produced a great start for an article, however; it did not perform as expected the second time. Even after interacting with the AI to let it know I could not see the whole article, it never could not rectify the issue.

Searchable not only reports on how my brand performs in AI search, it also gives real feedback on how to improve my brand's ranking.
The app gives real time data as pages are audited and performance of audits is quick when initiated.

The custom agent has proven valuable to me for multiple clients. Helps us develop targeted articles for AI-optimization, and, when we are building out Case Studies, we always run them through Searchable before we publish to ensure the structure is well-defined for LLMs. The reporting is really useful for monitoring AI brand/product visibility vs key competitors. Love that we can customize the competitor list and are not forced to use a pre-defined list of competition like you find in other tools.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

The Professional Plan does not include Claude or Gemini in the base offerings. I think it should for the price of the subscription. These platforms can be incorporated as "add-ons" for an extra fee, but the monthly fee is already high for 3 base sources. Or give the subscriber the freedom to define which LLMs they want as their base - i.e., pick 4

**What problems is Searchable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitors the visibility and authority of our products/services in very specific vertical markets on LLMs. Helps us identify which platforms we are performing well on and where we need to invest time. Has identified weakness in website schemas that makes it challenging for LLMs to identify and cite the content we already have live. We are investing energy to improve the schematics of our catalog and seeing positive results.

I find Searchable very intuitive and user-friendly. I've used reporting tools in the past that were quite clunky, but Searchable is a refreshing change. I really like their agent feature, which allows me to use natural language to find out more about a topic or delve deeper into its meaning. Their writing capability is great for identifying opportunities for brand topics I've highlighted. The on-page health and site audit part is also really good for seeing how things affect AEO and SEO health over time. I appreciate their new pitch function, which is very helpful for my upcoming pitches as it allows me to put a multitude of prospects on there without having to open full accounts. The initial setup was very easy, with clear, step-by-step guidance, and it's very visually oriented, making it easy to connect stuff without being too techie. I also like that the team is very responsive and quick to help if I get stuck anywhere.

I think there's a steep learning curve with lots of things like this where there's lots of information there. That can be a little bit overwhelming when you first start. It took me a while to get the hang of how to utilize things. There was some really helpful learning information on there, but navigating stuff was a bit challenging initially.

The part I liked best about Searchable was the onboarding experience. The setup is incredibly intuitive, starting with just a few quick questions about your website (I think only 4 or 5) before moving straight into the initial scan and the dashboard. They’ve made adopting AI tools into your daily workflow feel completely painless by getting the first few steps exactly right.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

Our initial use case wasn’t exactly typical, we actually started using Searchable as part of a migration project, but I have to say, the chat responses were sometimes brutally honest! I’m well aware there are areas of the site that need work (that’s exactly why we’re migrating!) but the AI certainly didn't pull any punches in pointing them out.

**What problems is Searchable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed and performance are where Searchable has helped me most, saving countless hours compared to manual on-page optimisation. The platform provides reasonably a accurate assessments of our visibility in AI overviews and chatbots, then follows up with a solid list of actionable improvements.

I find it particularly useful that these actions aren't always overly technical. Simple suggestions, like tweaks to page structure or schema markup, break the work into manageable chunks that you can implement immediately while more complex changes are being planned in.

I’m also a big fan of the content and article suggestions. As a B2B business, we used to spend ages researching ideas, but Searchable reduces that process to minutes. Unlike ChatGPT or other AI platforms, you can configure your specific brand style and tone of voice that means the output is already well-aligned with our brand and requires less reworking before publishing. Even though Searchable is designed for AI visibility, we’ve found the content features have boosted our traditional SEO as well.

I really like how Searchable ranks the pages on my website from both a sales funnel and an SEO perspective. It helps in rearranging the website pages to improve not just the SEO ranking but also the conversion rates when visitors actually browse the site. We've noticed higher conversions, especially on our home page, by adding more CTA buttons and rearranging content to match visitor interests, allowing quicker access to desired content. Also, the initial setup was very easy. You don't need to be that technical to use it, which is something I appreciate compared to other products where understanding keywords and keyword questions is essential.

I'm not using the full paid version, so, you know, a lot of it's limited to just the home page. I'm sure with the paid version, it goes through your whole website. So it's probably something that I'm, you know, looking to invest in the future.

I love using Searchable for prompt tracking, which is one of my favorite features. It's very intuitive and easy to use, especially for someone like me who didn't come from an AEO background. It makes things simple, breaking down information as if I'm a five-year-old, allowing me to understand and manage new concepts easily. The initial setup was very easy, saving me time, which is important to me. Its ability to explain and diagnose scores with the blog writing tool and how it handles prompt clusters for content writing is invaluable. There's really not a better product out there for AEO tracking.

Just taking me out of the loop as a human is the biggest thing. If Searchable were able to do a lot of this content writing, blog writing, helping find backlinks, PR announcements, etc., autonomously within the app so that I almost didn’t even need to be in the loop, that would be huge.

I find Searchable's content generation to be very strong. The tool's onboarding process is seamless, creating a custom agent that crawls our site and aligns with our brand strategy to produce unique, valuable content. The visibility tracker is great too, it tailors tracking to our goals and helps manage our steps for improving visibility. I also really appreciate how the tool's sentiment tracker and competitors tracking allow us to create our strategy dynamically based on user needs and emerging trends. Additionally, the setup was easy, which made the initial use of Searchable a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

Searchable challenges are not unique to them. Prompt tracking is still very early and hard to measure. Prompts are unique to each user, and personalization is massive. At this stage, the prompt tracking is a good leading indicator of what's working and what opportunities are.

**What do you like best about Searchable?**

I like the agent feature where I can update my knowledge, and it will use my knowledge whenever I choose to write content, either from their recommendations or content that I want to write as a thought leader. It's a similar concept to what we're all used to with chat windows like Perplexity or ChatGPT, but it's very specifically related to content production, found in AI overviews and through citation through all the large language models. I'm incredibly happy with Searchable, as I'm part of their Slack community. They're very open to building in public and getting a public roadmap and feedback from the heaviest users on the platform, like myself. The initial setup was extremely easy, creating an account, selecting a plan, and it was very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

The only downside would be the number of queries based on the level or the plan that you're involved with. Other than that, incredibly happy.

I find writing content with Searchable to be a joy. It really dives deep into what people are looking for and sets a standard from both an SEO and AI search perspective. The inclusion of an FAQ section and a TLDR summary in each article ensures that the content is well-rounded and thoughtfully researched, which helps move the needle and exude authority when readers land on the site. I also love that I have so few changes to make with the content I create using the agent creator on Searchable. Additionally, the setup is more straightforward than most SEO platforms, and the video walkthroughs are very helpful, guiding you through each stage of the process, which is vital given the complexity of the tool.

Well, I'm an educase person. I like working a lot within Claude Code. I'd love to be able to query more and action more from the Claude Code interface. Rather than working within Searchable. But that will be a next step, and that'll be a delightful next step.

The written output is of higher quality compared to LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude, and it's especially useful for auditing blog content. I appreciate its ability to handle large prompts, and we've been able to audit over 200 blog pages using Searchable, a task that would have taken weeks manually. I'm pleased with the written quality and the extra features like tables and indented text it provides. The interface is nice and clean, making it a smooth experience. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy due to an excellent product demo.

The ability to sync with other tools like BigQuery is lacking, so articles can't directly feed into our data sources. I have to create an article on Searchable, then use Claude to fill in the data blanks. I am really impressed with Searchable, it is the most complete tool I have ever tested. I love the agent, it is excellent. I use it a lot to create content and optimize my website, achieving high scores in technical health. I also really like the site health feature and the fact that I can simulate competitors. Additionally, I am starting to test the pitch deck function in the agency version, and it seems very good.

I love the agent, but sometimes I think that when I ask it to help me with the health check, it gives me information that is not correct, and when I put it, for example, in Lovable for it to execute, I see that it has already been executed before. I've had this issue a few times where the agent suggests a specific optimization that had already been done before. And sometimes I also noticed that it responds to me kind of automatically without checking my AEO data.

I appreciate its simplicity, especially when it comes to understanding and implementing AI into our business. The direct APIs to Google Analytics and Shopify make tracking much easier and provide a richer data set by drawing info directly from our website backend and Google data. The initial setup was also very easy, which I found beneficial.

I think the interface of Searchable is super intuitive, and also it can go deep without being overwhelming. The information I get out of it is really rich and useful. Setting up my profile was super easy and didn't take long at all, maybe five minutes or less, and then I could input my website for analysis.

Not a dislike, but an idea: I would love to see projections of how different edits I make impact the scores. So for each of the suggestions, what would happen if I were to implement what the suggestion is?

The platform actually helps you do something about AEO instead of just tracking it. We were using another AI tech for monitoring, which showed us where we were weak, but then we were stuck manually translating those insights into content briefs, coordinating with writers, and trying to measure impact across disconnected tools. Searchable closes that loop. I can ask "where are we losing visibility on AI implementation topics?" in plain English, and it gives me actionable answers with content recommendations and technical fixes built in. The content generation is also trained on our brand voice and frameworks, so it's not generic SEO content. It actually sounds like us. For a lean team of 5, that shift from insight to execution is everything.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

Some growing pains and sometimes the website is slow, however anytime I find something I dislike the team updates or changes it really fast.

The execution gap between knowing you have AEO problems and actually fixing them. With monitoring-only tools, we could see we were losing visibility on certain topics, but then what? We had to manually create content briefs, coordinate with writers, handle technical SEO separately, and try to connect the dots between what we published and whether it moved the needle. That process took 3-4 hours per week and involved juggling multiple tools. Searchable collapses that entire workflow into one platform. Identify the gap, generate the content, get technical recommendations, measure the impact. All integrated. For a lean GTM team where nobody has "AEO specialist" in their job description, that operational efficiency matters. We're spending time reviewing and approving strategy instead of being buried in manual coordination work across disconnected tools.

What I like best about Searchable is how clearly it connects traditional SEO work with modern LLM and answer engine visibility. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, I needed a tool that did more than just track keywords. Searchable helped me understand how our brand and website content were being interpreted by large language models and AI driven search experiences. The platform made it easy to identify gaps in our content, refine messaging, and optimize pages so that our company showed up more accurately and consistently in AI generated answers. It felt very aligned with where search and discovery are actually headed, not where they used to be.

**What do you dislike about Searchable?**

One downside is that some of the more advanced insights have a learning curve if you are completely new to AEO or LLM optimization. While the platform does a good job guiding users, first time users may need a bit of time to fully understand how to prioritize recommendations and tie them back to business metrics. I would also appreciate more built in examples or benchmarks by industry to help teams quickly compare their performance against similar companies. These are minor issues and did not take away from the overall value.

I love the agent feature in Searchable; it's very, very good. They also have this new feature called content where you can optimize or write content, which is very good as well. It has the agent incorporated, making it quite efficient. I find the user interface in general is very easy to use. Additionally, the setup was very easy.

I think the sources feature could be better. You need to really dig deep to understand where the mentions are coming from, particularly on various landing pages. It's hard to easily see other domains that mention our brand or our client's brand. Also, in the pro tier ($125), you only get three AI assistants...

Setting up my own content machine is simple, as it can be done in just a couple of clicks. I appreciate that the system learns and aligns with my brand the more I use it, making it clear what I need to post. The initial setup process was a breeze.

I couldn't find yet a way to reach out easy to the support. API integration with agents could also be implemented soon. The billing UI can also be a bit smarter where you can retrieve your invoices faster.
