Now it’s just a few seconds of work. **What do you dislike about SDS Manager?** There were some pre-planning involved for setting up the role hierarchy in all eight locations, which had different access rights. The support team guided us through the process, and since we have implemented it, it is working perfectly. **What problems is SDS Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inconsistency within our documents was the greatest potential OSHA/EPA issue that we faced prior to this project. Using the print label function has made unidentified containers a thing of the past and engineers liked the additional QR code on the bottle linking to the Risk Assessment. It has helped us rationalise the number of substances we use and capture any new items with ease.
