## Scrive Reviews
 ### 1. Trustworthy and intuitive partner changing the game for both HR and managers.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Trustworthy and easy to use. In a company with many different users, and where we sometimes need to adjust the process, it’s simple to make those changes in the portal. Scrive has enabled us to sign the best employees immediately. The few problems we've had have been handled very quickly and professionally. The integration was very easy and smooth.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Adding new documents is a somewhat tasking, but that has got more to do with the HR system we're using. Scrive has helped us signifacally and saved a lot of time and effort in HR so there is not much to dislike.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paper documentations were hard deliver safely between the employee and HR but now we don't have to worry about GDPR. I can now easily track that the documents have been signed on time. No need to answer managers questions, because using the digital signature through Scrive is so intuitive. Performance is reliable and also the managers can track the process if needed.

 ### 2. Perfect E-Signature Solution with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle H. | Verksamhetskonsult

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I use Scrive for setting up e-signatures for our customers in the property business, and it makes their day-to-day work much easier since they don't have to print out contracts. I like that it almost always works and has a simple, nice design in the documents with never any trouble. The signing of documents with bank ID is a valuable feature, allowing our customers to send out rental contracts for signing. Everything works great, the support is always fast, and the product looks more professional than others I've used, like 'Verified'. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

The feature Scrive forms is a little bit hard to work with, its more complicated. But maybe it is because im new with that feature.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive to simplify e-signing in property contracts, saving our customers from printing hassles. It's reliable and professional, with smooth bank ID signing for rental agreements.

 ### 3. Super Smooth Service with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan S. | Customer Marketing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find Scrive extremely easy to use, which makes it simple to send out documents without needing to use paper. The setup is super easy, allowing both administrators to set up their branding and for customers to put their signature on the agreement. Customers get a sense of security from receiving branded emails and accessing links that looks familiar. Scrive offers a super smooth service, and I appreciate that anyone can manage the initial setup. Overall, I find it a really smooth platform to use.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I can't remember details now, but we once asked for a tailored feature to add to the service, but that wasn't possible at the moment.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Scrive makes sending and getting signatures on documents much easier than other similar services that I've used. It's user-friendly for both admins and users, enhancing our customer agreements process.

 ### 4. Quick, Solution-Oriented Support That Keeps Things Moving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Quick answers and kept offering ways to move forward in finding a solution to the problem.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

That I in the end wasn't able to retrieve the document that was sent out (although a long time ago) for signing. But I believe the problem could lie more in the integration of the signing in our CRM.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us make sure all parties have signed their agreement before starting up their business with us. Not having a signed agreement in place could result in a lot of dispute, "he said, she said" situations and ultimately us not getting paid if we couldn't prove a customer has signed an agreement with us.

 ### 5. Effortless Document Management and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Sellen L. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I use Scrive to let our users create and sign documents from our automation tool. I like that the integration just works and the support is always helpful. The setup was easy with the API and UI being very simple and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Sometimes e2e integration tests are just impossible to do, but that is due to the nature of the system. Many providers are involved in the chain.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive to enable our users to create and sign documents, accessing signing providers in Europe easily. It simplifies our integration by handling multiple providers for us.

 ### 6. Easy, Effective, But High Price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanley D. | Event Support

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I really like the ease of use of Scrive, the whole process is very intuitive. The reminder functions are really handy to not forget important steps. I also appreciate the ability to send by SMS and email, which makes everything very flexible. The document status preview and tracking the number of views are very useful for keeping track of activities. Finally, the digitization of contract signing saves time and improves efficiency, while providing serious traceability in document processing. It is also easy to use for both the sender and the client who receives the document.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Some mobile phone numbers do not accept SMS messages. Price of the software compared to other identical solutions offered on the market.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Scrive allows for contract signing in a digitalized and faster way. It is easy to use, ensures time savings and efficiency, and offers tracking functions such as status preview and document consultations.

 ### 7. Facilitate Signatures and Save Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor L. | Co-fondateur @Hati Hati

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find that the module for creating these different contract templates is quite intuitive, and it allows us to use them easily without having to question each new scenario too much. We use it several times a week to share contracts and for electronic signatures, which relieves us and saves us time. Scrive centralizes all our signatures, which is convenient. The software is not very complicated to get the hang of, which facilitated our adoption and continuous use.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Sometimes when we just need a signature on a document we receive, it would be simple if we could just upload the PDF with a signature block that automatically inserts itself without having to recreate the entire process.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive allows me to ensure my partners' signatures and to store the documents in a unique format. This centralizes our signatures and saves us time, which is very convenient for our daily routine.

 ### 8. User-Friendly, Secure, and Seamless Word Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myran B. | HR Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

The solution is extremely user-friendly and includes all the features required. It offers a high level of security for both users and recipients of documents to be signed. A key advantage is the ability to use the plug-in and sign documents directly within Microsoft Word.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Nothing. We really appreciate it, as it makes the employee journey smooth and professional in our experience.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to use our own standard templates in Word and make minor adjustments for each agreement we create. It is just as straightforward as working with any other Microsoft 365 product. The solution supports efficient and well-structured workflows, contributing to a smooth, secure and effective working process

 ### 9. Affordable Document Signing, But Update Pains

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sjur Brekke E. | Tech Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I like the user interface, it's kind of like a dashboard. Also, the API is okay.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I don't like the updates. There's an issue where signing with a bundle does not work for Norwegian BankId's anymore, and it is not prioritized by scrive. Better features and more planning of features before launching new updates would be helpful. The initial setup turned out to take quite a while due to the confusing documentation and different APIs that seemed to be the same but weren't.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive for signing documents and bank ID sign-in. It's practical and cheaper than alternatives.

 ### 10. Helpful, Fast and Streamlining Secure Digital Agreements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachit K. | Senior Software Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I’ve worked with their support team, and they’ve been very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I had a really good experience with them.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

So far, there isn’t anything I’ve disliked about them.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive addresses slow, manual, and error-prone agreement and signing workflows by offering a secure, fully digital way to prepare, sign, and manage documents. For me, this means significant time savings, less operational friction, and faster decision-making, since agreements can be signed anytime, anywhere.

 ### 11. Comprehensive Multi-Country EID Solution with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johannes L.

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I appreciate Scrive EID Hub for providing connections to the various BankIDs across Norway, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark. Their signing solution stands out because it is compliant and supports Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) signing, which is crucial for our operations. I find the user interface intuitive and the overall signing flow efficient, which enhances the user experience. Most impressively, the cooperation with Scrive as a company has been excellent; their team is very helpful, knowledgeable, and ensures that everything works as expected. This hands-on support and expertise have been invaluable. Additionally, the ease of use for basic functions of Scrive is notable, while the process for setting up APIs and connections is manageable and well-structured, despite requiring some effort.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I find that the documentation, particularly the API documentation, could be improved.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive to authenticate bank IDs across different countries and for compliant signing solutions, supporting QES signing, which is crucial for us.

 ### 12. Flexible but Occasionally Slow with Emails

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ebba R. | Trade fair coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I like Scrive because it has good salesmen and it's easy to find solutions. I also appreciate its flexibility. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I find Scrive sometimes slow in response. The connections don't work and there are limitations in agreements. This seems to happen with emails, depending on the specific person.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive for customer solutions and signing documents. It helps address connections not working and limitations in agreements.

 ### 13. Intuitive and Efficient Contract Signing Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly T. | Fotograf, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I like Scrive because it's easy to use and intuitive. I find the ability to set up local settings for signing very useful, whether I want to use a bank number or explore other options. The templates provided are also pretty helpful. Even though I wasn't part of the initial setup, it's very easy to use now.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

We have an integration with the local system that is a bit underdeveloped. But that's not Scrive's fault.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive for signing contracts and benefit from the digital archive for signed documents.

 ### 14. Efficient, User-Friendly, Needs Better Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Igor S. | Information Technology Services Manager

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I appreciate the Selfportal in Scrive because it is very easy to use, practical, and makes it simple to manage and create users. My account manager, Sigrid Green Salmonson, has been incredibly helpful and great to work with, establishing a wonderful connection and taking the relationship to the next level.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I find support ticket classification and categorization problematic, as reports aren't always accurate and tickets go missing due to categories. Also, the support hours, which come with extra charges, could use more clarity on what Scrive is using them for. The initial setup took some time to understand without any previous experience.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive helps with user authentication, agreement signing, and storing.

 ### 15. Smooth Setup with Efficient E-Signature Features

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I find Scrive easy to use, which is a big plus. It makes sending out contracts for electronic signatures simple and ensures that the required personnel can view and sign documents efficiently. I also appreciate that everyone involved receives a copy of the signed document, saving us the time of sending out additional emails. The initial setup was smooth, enhancing the overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

If you forget your 2FA, you get locked out.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive makes it easy to send out contracts for electronic signatures, ensures management can review documents before signatories, and automatically sends signed documents to all involved, saving time.

 ### 16. Effortless E-Signature Integration with Scrive

I really like how easy Scrive is to use, especially because everything comes under the managed package. The process is straightforward, and I appreciate that the signer doesn't need to be an actual user in Scrive. Everything is managed securely via email. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

As an enhancement, maybe to provide an option for users to add their signature by attaching an image.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive for automatic digital signatures via API in Salesforce. It's very easy to use because everything is under the managed package. The signer doesn't need to be an actual user in Scrive, and the process is secure through email.

 ### 17. Effortless Document Signing with Scrive

I really appreciate how Scrive has become a reliable tool in our workflow for several years now, specifically for signing contracts and documents with both clients and suppliers. It's incredibly easy to use, which significantly reduces the time needed for training or onboarding new team members. Its customizable features ensure that we can adapt it to fit our various needs while maintaining a high level of security. I also find the initial setup process particularly easy and intuitive, enabling a smooth transition for multiple users, which streamlines our operations efficiently. Furthermore, the ability to effortlessly keep track of both old contracts and new orders across our international offices makes Scrive invaluable for our business. These attributes collectively contribute to the seamless integration of Scrive into our daily operations.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

We've not come across anything we dislike yet!

I find Scrive simplifies signing and tracking contracts and orders across international offices, is easy to use and customize while maintaining security, and allows seamless setup for multiple users.

 ### 18. Effortless Integration, Impeccable Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara . | Project Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I really appreciate how easy Scrive is to integrate with our core software; it's very user-friendly and secure. It's perfect for saving time during development because its in-depth documentation ensures we're on the right path when doing an integration. The initial setup is also perfectly easy, with no learning curve, making it suitable even for non-tech-savvy users.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

The geographical coverage is an area for improvement. For instance, it does not work in Azerbaijan. It's not a minus, it's just an observance based on our experience.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive allows easier and secure online identity verification, making sign-offs seamless. It's easy to integrate, saving us time with development, and user-friendly for non-tech-savvy staff. In-depth documentation ensures correct integration, and the setup is straightforward and suitable for our team.

 ### 19. Tedious Setup with Limited flexibility

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Seniorkonsulent

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I guess it's fine that you get a copy of the signed contracts by both parties, serving as a receipt.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

If I need to make changes to a license agreement, I have to withdraw the whole signing process and start a new one. You can't mark anything or highlight anything, or copy anything from the PDF that you've uploaded, which is highly annoying. You can't search for written content in the PDF either. There are flexibility issues in general. The initial setup was tedious and quite hard. It was inflexible, and we had to get a lot of hands-on support. We had thoughts of improvements, but these weren't met.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive makes it easier for customers to sign our license agreements, though overall benefits compared to other platforms aren't significant.

**Official Response from Petra Svensson:**

> Dear Jonathan,

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding flexibility and setup. Your input is valuable and will be shared with our product team.

Best regards,
The Scrive Team

 ### 20. Integration Issues, Need Better Support

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikkel H. | Maintenance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I use Scrive for signing and storing contracts.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I have a third-party integration that stopped working, and the support feels really minimal from a customer's perspective. When opening a support ticket, the first response shouldn't be that they've looked into it and it's not their issue. There needs to be proof that it's not Scrive at fault. For example, they could send log files showing the request was sent using the API. Maintaining the product feels like a pain.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Scrive for signing contracts and storing them.

 ### 21. Exceptional Professionalism and Punctuality Every Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marios K. | Operations Transformation Specialist & Project Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

What stands out to me most is the people—their professionalism and punctuality have impressed me every time we've interacted. On several occasions, everyone I've spoken with has demonstrated these qualities consistently.

System's stability and performance is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

As a company, we are using the Onfido plugin through an agreement with Scrive. However, we are experiencing difficulties with the Onfido plugin, as it does not recognize Greek characters (from Identification documents like political ID or passports).

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has enabled us to transition our operations to a paperless system, and has also allowed us to onboard customers remotely, without requiring their physical presence.

 ### 22. Smooth, Intuitive Interactive Forms with Professional Results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik A. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Scrive offers a smooth and intuitive way of creating interactive forms and produces a professional result

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

It would have loved to see a more affordable offer for small startups that wants to validate their minimum viable product. As of now you need to buy a quite advanced offer which might scare away some customers.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive solves the problem of creating forms and contracts to be signed by customers. For me, the end result was very professional and provided legitimacy for the business.

 ### 23. Scrive is more than just a tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Markus S. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Scrive supports us with its extensive product portfolio and offers numerous possibilities to meet our requirements. Modern API interfaces can be integrated very easily, as well as the connection to existing legacy systems. The website is also intuitively designed for our end users, so a process can be started quickly, easily, and without complications.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

Scrive is not yet known to the general public, and the QES as a new, independent TSP is unfortunately not yet available in Germany. Nevertheless, the path has already been taken, and it is only a matter of time before this changes.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Internal media disruptions, especially in legacy systems, can be easily digitized through various possibilities.

**Official Response from Petra Svensson:**

> Dear Markus,
Thank you for your great feedback! We’re glad our APIs and intuitive workflows help you digitize processes and connect legacy systems seamlessly. We will continue to enhance our offerings to provide even more benefits for our customers and we look forward to continuing to be a part of your digital journey.
Best regards,
Petra

 ### 25. Easy to Use and Well-Laid Out, but Flow Still Needs More Signage Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

Easy to use, some functions are good and good layout

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

That Flow is not developed enough yet, it has been launched for some time and still no were near the functions that normal signage has which is a shame.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to sign many documents at the same time.

 ### 26. Efficient Contract Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma W. | Head of Business Development

I find Scrive easy to use and it saves me time. I like that it manages all contracts in one place and allows me to see if the receiver has opened and viewed them. The initial setup was easy too.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I would like to have an option to have my signature saved in the account so I don't have to do the sign or attach it every time.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive helps me manage all contracts in one place and is easy to use. I can see if the receiver has opened and viewed the contract, saving me time.

 ### 27. Convenient Signing with Frustrating Hiccups

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artjoms B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

I appreciate the guided signing process provided by Scrive, which enhances the user experience by making the process straightforward and easy to follow. Additionally, the availability of multiple methods for self-identification is a feature I find particularly valuable, as it offers flexibility and convenience depending on the user's needs.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

I found that the Nect component of Scrive fails to work effectively. Although the screen indicated that the identification process was completed successfully, the SMS with the terms and conditions never arrived, and the logs showed that the process failed during authentication. Additionally, I had to download several apps, which was quite inconvenient.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

n/a

**Official Response from Petra Svensson:**

> Dear Artjoms,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Nect identification flow. This should of course not happen. We are taking this seriously and passed it on.
Please feel free to reach out to us at support@scrive.com if you have further questions.

Best regards,
The Scrive Team

 ### 28. Fast, Reliable Signing Made Simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Scrive?**

What I like best about Scrive is how fast and straightforward the entire signing process is. Sending documents, getting signatures, and tracking progress all happen in just a few clicks. It removes a lot of manual steps, which saves time for our team and creates a smooth experience for clients. The clarity of the signing workflow and the reliability of the platform make it easy to trust for important documents.

**What do you dislike about Scrive?**

One thing I dislike about Scrive is that some parts of the interface feel a bit limited, especially when trying to adjust documents or templates quickly. At times, the platform can be slightly slow when handling multiple files, and a more flexible, customizable workflow would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Scrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scrive solves the problem of slow, manual document handling by making the entire signature process digital and efficient. Instead of chasing paperwork or waiting for signatures, everything can be sent, signed, and tracked online. This saves time, reduces errors, and keeps deals moving forward without delays. It also improves the customer experience, since clients can sign documents quickly from any device.
