It's super easy to create guides that I can share with our customers. Our customers aren't often the most tech savvy people, and it can be so helpful to give them focused screenshots to look at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Scribe? There are some lightweight UX quirks that I don't like: Sometimes the screenshots are too zoomed in. Sometimes it records too many of the same click, and i have to delete many of them. I wish I could easily integrate the docs into other platforms (e.g. intercom). Also, I pay for a lot of other tools, and I don't think we can afford another subscription just for this. I wish there were some other payment plans we could consider.
