Education should be open to all peoples, and this service allows the sharing of so many pieces of education that should be second nature to all! In my business, we are constantly looking for open used PDFs and documents that can be shared with our clients, and sometimes Google just does not work for us. That's where Scribd comes in. With one simple search, a plethora of information comes up and documents are ready at my fingertips. I love that it is peer shared and it sure does make my job easier! I think the worst part is that I cannot always download or print the documents that I find. I need copies and have to screenshot what I want. I wish there was an option to be able to download everything, even if that meant paying a little more. Depending on the cost, I would even be open to the idea of paying a small fee per document if it allowed me to download and or print what I need. I think this is an option that could be explored, but maybe it is just not essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things I like about Scribd. Here are some:
1. This platform provides almost any e-books, magazines, audiobooks, research papers, documents, etc.
2. Finding documents/e-books that are not to be found anywhere on the internet.
3. Premium membership provides unlimited access to everything.
4. Membership fee is cheaper than the popular ones like audible, kindle, etc.
5. They provide a free trial as well if you want to explore and use/read.
6. This platform supports web as well as mobile devices which makes it easily accessible anywhere anytime.
7. Scribd allows users to upload and share their documents as well, which is a great addition too.
8. Android app is just great and allows me to listen to audio books anywhere, even offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well, there is nothing much to dislike, But indeed there is room for improvement.
1. The suggestions and discovery feature is terrible; I have to search manually to find the content I like to read.
2. As a free user, it is challenging to read whole documents.
3. The search is also terrible sometimes and gives many rubbish results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy its audiobook feature the most that let me hear the book of my choice even while working or doing other personal stuff. Other than this, I love its cross-platform availability making it a portable solution that I can even use through my mobile phone for hearing audiobooks while travelling. The dislike thing is not all the audiobooks of my preference are available on this software. Also, the progress tracking feature is not available on this software so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like to listen to audio books when I`m working out. Scribd has an incredible selection of both available for $10 per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing it`s excellent! No complaints. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a journalist, I often need to consult primary sources to learn from experts to get the necessary background for my stories. Scrib's extensive repository of books and other documents enables quick and inexpensive literature reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I prefer listening to a book instead of reading it to multitask with typing or other research. Scribd has a low limit for audio before it throttles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scribd is very easy to use and that's the most important thing for me. you can get everything from books, audiobooks, magazines, podcasts, research papers, and all under one dashboard which makes it very user friendly. I started using Scribd all by accident actually, when collage, I needed to complete a research paper and found the site searching for it. later it seemed interesting and decided to go for the trial and never looked back since, it's now my go-to website for any books or audiobooks. the Scribd subscription also gave me access to other amazing services like peak, curiosity stream, and Pandora for free which is awesome. the service is also fairly priced so everyone can use it. I don't like the android app that much but for the fact, I'm not a fan of reading books on mobile phones, maybe that's that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.- You can access from your pc and your mobile without any problem.
2.- The app for reading electronic books works well.
3.- You can find books, texts and audiobooks in different languages.
4.- The website works well and is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.- Expensive for so many repeated and incomplete documents. Even for his collection of books and audiobooks it seems expensive compared to other platforms with more variety (example amazon).
2.- You cannot access or read books on any platform other than scribd, which is problematic for me since I use kindle for my electronic books.
3.- It has no integration with ereaders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I first discovered Scribd when looking for a tool to embed my own pdf files on public platforms. Now I love the near limitless access it gives me to unique content and digital publications.
I have been able to find exclusive documents and printables that I wouldn't have stumbled upon or been able to access elsewhere. I like that Scribd promotes community of sharing and networking by providing free document access when you upload your own documents.
Scribd Premium membership offers one of the most competitive e-reading experiences I've been able to find with unlimited access to ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines for less than $10 a month. This is cheaper than Audible's membership that includes only 1 free book and comparable to KindleUnlimited except with more publishing house titles versus indie or self-published ones. I find myself using Scribd to read on topics in all aspects of my life from business development and growth to educating my children.
They also offer a very generous referral program where you can earn free months of membership which means even greater savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Scribd to excel at the service they offer.
While I love the fact they have so many books that I can't access with my Kindle Unlimited subscription, I don't think they've attracted the indie/self-publishing market as well as Amazon so avid readers like me would probably want both memberships to be able to access all the titles we want.
