I can make a circle to show a certain area and then I can put markers around and within that circle highlighting key landmarks. I can easily label these markers so that I don't forget what they are. I love using the line tool to dissect the circle based on the circle's degrees, which I often need to do when making the maps I like to make. I'd never found a similar system for online maps till I found this site. I now have maps with whatever background I fancy overlaid with all my explorations Just like in the old days. One colour for hikes. One colour for Classic Bike Rides and another for my Ebike rides. It's easy to see where my future explorations should be. and as soon as they are done, I download the GPX file from Komoot and upload them as a new overlay. So all the trips are kept separate but I'm able to see them all together. **What do you dislike about Scribble Maps?** I wish it was easier to select more than one overlay at once and change their attributes all together. **What problems is Scribble Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can see multiple routes all at the same time in a way no other product can seem to do easily. **Official Response from Mike Carter:** > Hi Andy, thank you for your amazing review! The free hand tool works well and included with the blend tool makes the mistakes few and far between. I really appreciate being able to make the mark ups needed on a map with high detail and not just re making a pdf. **What do you dislike about Scribble Maps?** Sometimes the grab function is cumbersome and not being able to undo the mistake can cause some issues. The label tool could be better as well. At the end of the day it would be the edit tablet that causes me the most grief bu t pretty minor for the posistives the program brings to the table. Potentially a mass grab of items in the Layers colomn would be handy so I could edit many at once or make mass changes. **What problems is Scribble Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** All maps showing my travel lines for my guys up to now have been blurry and hard to read. As well not being able to have all the information in one view. Now i can print large sharp images of travel lines. The program has also been easy to integrate and implement and their customer service has been EXTREMELY responsive to my inquiries. For a while I was reaching out almost daily and I've been very impressed there. **What do you dislike about Scribble Maps?** I really, really wish Scribble Maps allowed embeds html from very many services in their item descriptions. So when a object is clicked a window comes up with the option to embed html and apps from other services. Also, I struggle with the storage space allotted, it really isn't enough per paid account for us past a year and the 1500px max size for overlays onto the map isn't big enough for what I'm doing. It needs to be twice that at least, ideally 4-8 times that for overlays onto the background map. Finally, I wish Scribble Maps allowed images embeded in their object/marker descriptions to be clickable for a full screen view. There are also numerous small bugs in the program which I have reported and hopefully they get addressed related to their embed feature to embed the map onto your own website. **What problems is Scribble Maps solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to map underwater SCUBA diving sites.
