Essentially, I see this as a self-serve demo where the prospect feels they are in control of the conversation. It's a phenomenal way to educate your visitors and prospects on how different features correlate to various benefits, all while collecting data on the user. This tool is great for both website conversions, success managers, and SDR teams. The design is sleek and engaging. **What do you dislike about ScreenSpace?** The solution is very easy to set up and understand. What is a bit more difficult is developing the storylines for the user flow (not part of the solution but a task that has to get done, nevertheless). This leaves PLG companies with a problem: How to educate modern buyers on their product, without being able to speak with them. Before ScreenSpace, there were two solutions. 1) Marketing. Lots of words and graphics that hardly get read. And it takes forever. 2) Demo products. These were essentially screenshot bots or linear product walkthroughs. Neither are customized for the buyer's needs/wants, and neither are particularly exciting to interact with. ScreenSpace is the middle ground and upgrade that I didn't know I needed until I started using it. **What do you dislike about ScreenSpace?** Storyboarding experiences with multiple storylines can take a bit of time to build. Fortunately the success team is very helpful and they offer a clever story mapping framework inside Miro. They made building storyboard experiences easier, and I know they're continuing to work on this pain point. **What problems is ScreenSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** ScreenSpace delivers the buying experience required to motivate people to talk to sales. I’ve tried other demo tools in the past, but none have come close to the experience and quality that ScreenSpace provides. It really allows me to focus on what really matters – telling a compelling story. While the talented ScreenSpace team helps create bespoke graphics and animations that bring the tours to life. The two founders, Darren & Adam, have a 6th sense when it comes to storytelling and design. And never hesitate to get their hands dirty. Also, I love that we can create tours using Figma designs!
