It's easy to use! Really plug and play!! I found that they actually went beyond. The support person was great he didn't just help with questions but also gave me great ideas which really worked out. We have already seen great improvements in the past few months. People are asking us for products! It's reflecting on the sales. Can't say enough about how great its been we can manage the content so easily, we have multiple screens so we also did zoning and a bunch of other things that weren't even options in the last company we used. I WISH I HAD USED THEM FIRST, instead of a competitor that charged me more, didn't respond to emails or calls when it went down which was all the time (either one or all). It was so frustrating.
