It's efficient to use one software to do everything. In a fast-paced work environment, it can handle all of the necessary information to know how our projects are tracking. Greg Hides has been nothing short of flexible and made the training and post-launch of the software an absolute pleasure to work with. **What do you dislike about Screendragon?** The UI on the resourcing tool isn't as user-friendly when trying to see where the red zones or overbooking occur. You have to hover over the area, and it would be much easier if you could click into the projects. It also has a more robust scheduling platform than other tools we have trialed. **What do you dislike about Screendragon?** The platform is a little difficult to train users on; it takes time to learn how to navigate the platform. We are also finding adding tasks within a project to be a little cumbersome. In addition, we're still troubleshooting permissions to work within our current organization and who is responsible for scheduling each group. As a suggestion, we'd like to see a user access level that allows for talent to see their assignments for the day/week but not feel bogged down by the rest of the platforms. **What problems is Screendragon solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to find a better way to assign talent across our company. We learned that they offer much more than just software - they became true partners in solving our business and process challenges at a global, regional, and market level. Any system challenges we faced because a part of their product roadmap. When one of our users needed support, Screendragon's service was excellent. In the few instances where their system wasn't the right fit for a project, they told us that too. These are honest, hard-working, good people who charge a fair price for a marketing-friendly platform. They are worth considering for your next project. **What do you dislike about Screendragon?** Any concerns I had about Screendragon were unfounded. They are flexible with meetings to accomodate my schedule, even though I am 6 time zones away. They efficiently handled the large-scale, complex integrations with enterprise systems that we requested. The support team is friendly and knowledgeable and takes great care of our users, who have a wide range of digital expertise. I believe that most of the challenges we faced implementing the Screendragon products were a results of our own issues and not the system itself.
