Creating your digital signage using their templates to create canvases is a bit finnicky. I would like to see more functionality in these tools and perhaps integrate Canva. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ScreenCloud is intuitive to use. Taking time to set it up, will allow for quick daily/weekly updates. There a several great applications included that make great content fillers breaking up the routine. The built-in canvas makes building a bulletin easy, without the need to go to an outside graphics editor. I wish there was a better traffic app, outside the need to use Google. I'd also like to see integration with more CRMs and other off-the-shelf management solutions such as SmartSheets. An integration with their dashboard system would be a nice upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we like has well it works with all our TVs around campus. It is easy to set up and I like that even if a TV goes offline it is still able to show old information on the screen while our team works to get it back online. ScreenCloud Digital Signage helps our company stay up to date on our metrics and communicates the information we share in office effectively and efficiently. It's easy to update our digital signage (which we do fairly frequently) as well.

Today, I had an issue that I could not figure out how to resolve, so I sent an email and expected to have to wait 3-5 business days for a resolution. Instead, I heard back within 30 minutes and the issue was resolved within 2 hours (after my delay in response). JC resolved my issue quickly and made it easier than easy by fixing it for me! There's not much that I dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage, so I will provide a couple suggestions that we would benefit from: first, the ability to schedule certain content for certain days within playlists; and second, the ability to add certain content to multiple channels at a time (not using playlists). The ability to keep our residents informed and also to higilight all the great things going on around our campus. Support staff at ScreenCloud are laways helpfula nd I really appreciate the video lobrary I have at mys dsiposal when I need a refresher on an item. My main issue is that the screen it is on behind our concierge desk often hs issue connecting to ScreenCloud - although that may not be a ScreenCloud issu, but our calbe provider's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use ScreenCloud to provide digital signage for 5 nightlife and restaurant venues. The ease of use, detailed scheduling options, and remote content control make it a clear winner for any requirement with multiple TVs. I wish there were more integrations with intranet vendors (ideally, Simpplr) so that I didn't have to recreate content on two platforms. I would also like to see a true integration with Canva so that you could edit slides in Canva and they would update in ScreenCloud. The Canvas design tool is not very good within ScreenCloud. The best thing about it is a tie. The ease of use for the playback and UI and the fact that it is can be used with other multimedia players. They dont force you to use their hardware but if they did it would be okay because its easy to use too. And they have great customer support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
