Additionally, I appreciate being able to set availability and time expirations for content, which is really helpful for adjusting during season changes and product updates. The platform being very easy and intuitive makes it an all-in-one solution for our needs. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** I would love there to be a little bit better of a sandbox environment to play around in. Not necessarily with code, but a preview screen, just not on a real screen — a digital sandbox that you could trial on the platform. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ScreenCloud Digital Signage for announcements and photo sharing. This has allowed us to manage them all remotely using Screen Cloud. It has been very consistent in its uptime and rarely has given us any issues. The screen cloud boxes are dependable and are able to continue functioning even with internet interruptions. Their customer support is great and very responsive. Sales team was very easy to work with. It was very easy to install and takes less then half an hour to get up and running. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** If I had to think of anything, it would be to have easier access to managing groups and deploying assets across playlists that I use to mange it location's screens. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows our marketing and communications team easy access to manage and update our screen displays remotely and take the responsibility and work off of our studio managers plates. ### 8. Easy to understand and intuitive allows users to quickly and easily post their messages. Customer Support is always quick and responsive to assist with any issues as well as the customer success managers connecting clients with the development team for discussion on new features. Having used several different platforms for digital signage, ScreenCloud is the most straight forward and direct approach to getting the project started. Simple, secure and effective. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** While ScreenCloud has multiple levels of security for users it is a bit cumbersome the way they currently have their tiers setup but still very functional. Deploying to over 1,000 locations is becoming slightly overwhelming with having to create user groups and adding each location with different security levels. While the security levels and groups are functional, in my situation it is time consuming. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary focus of our project is employee engagement. Having an app on Google play and Fire OS makes it much easier to set up than other as we use these all day every day in 2 locations and the company, I left still uses it to this day. Their customer support knows me by name but not because of bad issues, more so for how to use and me looking to use the apps and such, The integration with Office apps is a bonus their staff helped me set up. **What do you dislike about ScreenCloud Digital Signage?** More apps would be nice and does not have a "roadmap" to show features and ideas that are coming or why an idea can't happen. **What problems is ScreenCloud Digital Signage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a big 4 screen video wall that we have displaying all of company information both for staff and guest a like and we also have it set up in your staff kitchen area for internal messages, birthdays and reminders of days off each month and such. ### 10.
