"Favourite Ruby On Rails APM for many years"

3.5/5

What do you like best about Scout Monitoring?

Very easy to get it up and running.

Insights about N+1, slow queries, memory bloat

Very "digestible" for developers, low educational curve

Fair pricing compared to competitors

No additional price-per-user Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scout Monitoring?

Only Ruby on Rails support. When we migrated from NewRelic to Scout APM, we had only one huge Ruby on Rails monolith. Currently we're migrating to a microservice infrastructure that includes different languages, technologies and Scout is not covering them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scout Monitoring solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy-to:

- connect

- use

- analyze

application insights not only for administrators but also for all tiers of our Ruby On Rails developers.

As it is simple and accessible, we don't have to have a specific role for monitoring it. Every developer does that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Artem - Thanks for the positive review of Scout! Earlier this year we launched our new TelemetryHub solution - our microservices monitoring tool that supports all main languages, frameworks, and libraries for any major cloud platform. We offer a free tier on it as as well - so go check it out at Telemetryhub.com
