Scoro is incredibly powerful and I love the work they are doing. I especially enjoy the reports, which are a valuable tool for analyzing team performance. Additionally, although Scoro may seem complex at first due to the number of features, the platform turns out to be intuitive for tech-savvy users like us who work in a marketing agency. The price. The platform is incredible, but it does not adapt to our end-to-end processes (the reason we acquired it). We are still considering whether the high investment is worth it for a service that forces us to have other complementary expenses. For example, Scoro's sales functions do not adapt to our process. Communication with clients is very limited. The lack of multiple templates and other customizations in the sales process has forced the department to revert to its old system. Additionally, at the daily management level, there is no dashboard that offers us an overview of the projects; although one can be created, the process is impractical due to the monthly variability in the number of projects. This forces us to manage an overview externally. Also, the management of some functions related to sending invoices is carried out externally by the finance department due to the lack of necessary functions. Additionally, the translation into Spanish is poor, with multiple names for the same function, which can cause confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you for the thoughtful review, Mariana! We’re glad Scoro’s reporting and CRM help your agency analyze team performance and that the platform feels intuitive once you’re in the flow. Your feedback on price, sales process fit, client communications, portfolio visibility, invoicing needs and Spanish translation is heard.
A few options that may help right away: configure sales pipelines with custom fields and stages; use multiple quote and PDF templates plus product price lists; enable email sync and shared inbox or the Client Portal for tighter comms; build a portfolio dashboard with saved filters, widgets and grouped project lists for a rolling month view; and connect finance via native integrations or API to cover advanced invoicing steps. We’re actively improving sales templates and comms, portfolio dashboards, invoicing flexibility and Spanish localization – your notes help us prioritize. If you’d like, we can review your workspace and tailor the setup so you get end-to-end coverage without relying on external tools.
