What I like best about Scorebuddy is how user-friendly it is. It helps me stay organized and makes it easier to manage my tasks. What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

An app that is so user-friendly I didn't have a hard time navigating it on my first try and been using it for all of my audits. It helps me finish my audits faster because it's so easy to use. There's the draft feature where I can always continue where I left off, generating reports would only take a couple of seconds, and the data that it can store. You can even see last year's audit. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I love how quickly we can make in house changes to the system to ensure the marking criteria is always reflective of our processes which are regularly updated. This allows us to quickly begin measuring whether we are being compliant against regulatory process changes implemented and identy gaps in knowlege to inform additional training sessions. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Using Scorebuddy has really helped to take our internal quality reviews to the next level. Instead of having to rely on separate lists and Excel files to keep track of scores, we can easily use Scorebuddy to create scorecards, review our agents and share and discuss the results in a very nice way.

Next to that, the team at Scorebuddy has been really helpful in listening to our requests for improvement and making these a reality. Superb support!

Lately, we've also found more and more uses for Scorebuddy within the organisation. What started as a Service Desk QA tool, is now developing into a standard tool for measuring quality across multiple teams with different goals. Made possible by the flexibility that Scorebuddy offers in setting up the scorecards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I love that I'm able to see trends and individual agents' data. It's also made it very easy for individuals to identify their performance. It's gotten easier to use over time. Getting going on this is quite easy and once you get the hand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The dashboard could be improved. I would love to be able to pick out trends of individual opportunities and strengths across a timeframe, agent or group of agents. It's challenging identifying patterns at a granular level beyond the overall score. I'd love shortcuts and favourites since I've had to bookmark things on my browser. It is easy to use and very user-friendly. I have used it for a year now and did not have a hard time using it. It is also easy for the agents to understand their scores and quality checks. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The Supervisor Dashboard is my most liked feature as I use it every week to understand where my team stands and the ease of using it. It helps me to easily implement strategies to devise new ways to provide customer support. The integration of Scorebuddy with our internal CRM has helped to save time without the need to switch tabs. I sometimes find that the reports don't offer as much customization as I’d like. Particularly when I’m trying to track long-term trends or analyze data across different teams or departments.
