What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I like how easy it is to create my own scorecards and weight to best portray the importance of each criterion in relation to the job being trained. I find it extremely easy to adjust, easy to understand, and easy to coach with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The least helpful for us is the compliance portion of the scorecards. I'm not sure if it's because of our industry, but I'm not entirely sure how to use this portion/option of the scoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scorebuddy allows us a platform to score calls for internal quality assurance, but also use those scorecards as a tool for coaching and having the receptionists be able to listen to the call, follow along with the scorecard, and learn by hearing themselves do the things that need to be corrected. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The integration directly with our Live Chat tool is amazing. Having Scorebuddy complete all the necessary steps automatically saves a ton of time and really lets us focus more on the actually quality review. The reporting feature is also the best we have used in my 5 years doing QA with Flutter. It makes it extremely easy to see reviews and breakdown where the score is coming from. What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Scorebuddy doesn't have much I do not like. The site does time out and make you re-login which can be frustrating if another, more urgent task needs to be done before continuing the QA reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks to Scorebuddy, I have been able to visualize every aspect that I can improve in my job performance, it has also been extremely helpful thanks to the feedback I have received and being able to visualize my rating and my numbers is great.

Easy to use evaluation and monitoring solution that gives you invaluable oversight all in one place and a super friendly team of support if needed. It's a great tool for frontline, leaders and managers as it shows results and performances visually via dashboards for advisors, and reports that can be analysed in various ways for MI. What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

The abilty to adjust to the flow ofo ur business quickly. Our business changes every day and Scorebuddy has allowed us to manage through those changes. Whether we have regulatory changes pushed to us or just process changes. We can quickly adjust the flow and make sure our staff are following process.

Nothing of note to dislike.Scorebuddy has built a fantastic platform. There have been issues that have been brought up previously but those have all been remidied or are in future enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Legal and Regulatory correction. The ever changing legal and regulatory rules and obligations have been a constant battle to keep our staff up to date and follwoing.
