What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

Good site to get the score and get all the details. It gives us an overall idea of our progress so that we can track it.

As an Evaluator, we get the option to share feedback with the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The score is not numbered. There's no way to identify the score without actually clicking on the link.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

We are using Scorebuddy for a year, to review Intercom and Freshdesk tickets/conversations. The UI is decent, reporting is good, can be better, they also offer options to upload custom tickets via CSV.

Their Support team is also good, we are even planning to try out their LMS tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

Reporting can be better, it takes some time to download the report in CSV and create charts/reports. If the same can be added to the UI, that'd be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us in reviewing random Intercom conversations and Freshdesk tickets. We generate a weekly report using the scorecard to improve the overall quality of the Support we offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

It allows me to score the interactions that my customer service representatives are having with our customers. We are able to identify knowledge gaps more effectively by reviewing the various tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

There is no way to remove tickets from a scoring list if it is determined that you do not want to score a ticket for some reason. We've found a work around of making draft reviews and just ignoring the reviews that are in "draft" status as a way of being able to continue working the list and skip over the ungradable tickets. What problems is Scorebuddy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our staff is very green, and most were hired within the last 6 months. Scorebuddy is helping us to ensure that the staff is performing up to par, and that we are identifying any potential detractors from customer satisfaction and taking action to fix them quickly.
