It's so easy & friendly to use. It has a lot of functions that we needed for QA evaluations. We use this in our company & it helps a lot in gauging the performance of our agents! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Good site to get the score and get all the details. It gives us an overall idea of our progress so that we can track it.

The score is not numbered. There's no way to identify the score without actually clicking on the link.

We are using Scorebuddy for a year, to review Intercom and Freshdesk tickets/conversations. The UI is decent, reporting is good, can be better, they also offer options to upload custom tickets via CSV.
Their Support team is also good, we are even planning to try out their LMS tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting can be better, it takes some time to download the report in CSV and create charts/reports. If the same can be added to the UI, that'd be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows me to score the interactions that my customer service representatives are having with our customers. We are able to identify knowledge gaps more effectively by reviewing the various tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no way to remove tickets from a scoring list if it is determined that you do not want to score a ticket for some reason. We've found a work around of making draft reviews and just ignoring the reviews that are in "draft" status as a way of being able to continue working the list and skip over the ungradable tickets.
