Scorebuddy is a top-notch online tool for monitoring the quality of customer service that is available to companies of all sizes. Businesses can easily identify areas for improvement and take action to address them thanks to their quality metrics. Scorebuddy is a very effective tool for assessing and enhancing the quality of customer service because of its flexibility, which enables businesses to customize their quality control procedures to their unique needs. One of the cons of the Scorebuddy tool is that some of its features can be complicated to use, which may make it difficult for some users to take full advantage of the platform. Additionally, the user experience (UX) of the platform is limited at times, which may not be ideal for businesses that require more advanced customization options or a more intuitive interface. I like that one can auto-score and the fact that we are able to save our scores as drafts, this helps me a lot when I need to double-check a process because I know that I dont have to start my grading from the beginning but instead, I can continue from where I left off.
Another thing that I like is the fact that Scorebuddy is a one-stop shop, everything that I need to make my job easy and seamless is on Scorebuddy and information is never lost because I am able to backtrack should I require information about an agent from years or months back. I'm not too fond of the fact that there is no drop-down for each question. If a question doesn't apply to the person I am scoring then I need to scroll all the way to find the applicable parameters but if each parameter had a drop-down there couldn't be that much scrolling and everything would be narrowed down, that way it would be easy to score and this would also save time. The way the API connects with Genesys and is able to retrieve data as per the applied filters is really good. The way the support team has helped with acknowledging our requests & challenges and has provided fixes and features to make the functioning of my team members better is really very much appreciated. The challenges with the reporting part are definitely a pain but then I do see that Scorebuddy has made some innovations with Scorebuddy BI and I am really looking forward to working with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

not much that I dislike about Scoreboddy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the flexible options to create a scorecard. There is no limitation in adding questions, comments, and causes. The reporting looks decent. Also, the agent dashboard is pretty much easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel there is always room for improvement in any product. The report can be more friendly and easy to use. It is time-consuming to keep on adding filters to check some data. Also, it would be great if the report shows the top 5 trends of an agent and a way to see if the agent is improving or not. Right now, it is a manual job to check each agent's performance and the area of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like the most is the easy to use interface and how straight forward are all the options that Scorebuddy offers. It also offers a lot of different options and reports which are all in one place, so it is very simple to navigate through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ever since I started using Scorebuddy in my day to day life at work, I have not yet found anything in specific that I dislike - Everything so far works fine and I am really happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the part that I like best about Scorebuddy is the ease of work and communication that it allows me as a supervisor to evaluate team members and work on the specific parts where they might require additional assistance. It allows me to designate specific areas where they might be having trouble or information team members of their performance when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think Scorebuddy is extremely intuitive to use. I can't really think of a drawback of use. However, I haven't fully explored all of the features that it has. So one thing that might be nice is a way to create a gamification of the customer service experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
