What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

I love that it is customizable and easy to navigate. It has really helped me zone in on things to help my training group be successful. I love the process and the breakdown. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scorebuddy?

The only thing I would say about the scoring process is it being diffcult that people can not go back and edit their comments. With this being a program many new hires use it is easy for them to skip the comment section and need to go back and add their thoughts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Scorebuddy helps us zone in on calls that our new hires take so it can better assist us on growing them to be successful here as well as making sure we are offering the quality that we promise our own clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scorebuddy?

It's very flexible and adaptable. I can create scorecards easily, manage roles and permissions, make changes when required and share the results with others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UX at first was a bit long to fully master. The concepts of teams, departments, permissions didn't make it as straightforward as it should have been. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Interface is easy to understand

- Sometimes The data is not updated (especially on Monday) so we need to do the scoring manually

- I need to open 2 apps (Scorebuddy and Zendesk) to do the scoring. It's better if I can do the scoring directly from Zendesk using some kind of Scorebuddy Extension, so everytime someone open up the case then we can see the score in the case history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
