Scorebuddy has been a very helpful tool in helping us manage the overall quality of our team's calls while ensuring they are hitting all the key points. I like that am able to receive alerts via email when an agent does not pass their QA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scorebuddy can sometimes be hard to navigate when I am looking for historical data for one specific agent for a specified period of time. I also feel like certain functions should be available to other people outside of admins to make changes since the only ones who have access to the system to review are supervisors and managers. It's very easy to use & score call & other activities for our companies reps. Easy to follow along, pulling up numbers & reports very quick & you can always go back & update/edit any score that was done. Adding & deleting reps is also quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
