This application is easy to use and time saver for us, I can now easily send out many review invitations to our customers to leave reviews on multiple review platforms and don't have to visit those various sites to check in how my business is doing. Our business usually has a difficult time getting new reviews from our clients. We didn’t know how to ask them or they wouldn’t know how to leave reviews, then we found Score My Reviews. We can send SMS review request to our costumers. Our costumers can easily leave us review, but if they respond to the SMS, then they will just receive a message to contact us directly. I've tried other software’s for getting reviews but their price was much higher for the same service. After doing some research and live demos with couple of companies, I chose Score My Reviews because of their good pricing and easy to use platform. We have been using their software for our HVAC Company to collect more online ratings. Their system setup was a breeze. We can send either individual review invitation when each technician finish the job, right when we are at the customer’s job or send mass invitation to our customers by uploading an excel sheet. I’m a small business owner and using this tool allow us to concentrate on our business instead of distressing about our online reviews. Asking our customers for review is very easy now, since every Friday afternoon we just upload our excel sheet of our customers into their system and we receive couple of new reviews every week. The system also block the bad reviews and we receive email notifications if customer complain so we can reach out to them. Their customer services is the best!
