**What do you like best about Scopedesk?**

it is very simple to use every day, and to when very fasta to  install and start using this...now have DARK MODE.....perfect

**What do you dislike about Scopedesk?**

not much things...maybe can have android app, but really you can use cell phone browser, and it works almost perfect

The best help desk system, with great support staff....

**What problems is Scopedesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I organize every email customer send....you can setup departments, tags, macros...system will work for me to organize all communications between our business and customers....and you can integrate facebook and twitter
