## Scoop Reviews
  ### 1. Using Scoop Is Very User Friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlene S. | Recruitment Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

The most helpful thing about using Scoop is that it is very easy to see who is in the office, working remote, etc. Also, you can see these in particular sites if your company has multiple buildings/states they are in. Some of the features I appreciate is being able to set a routine so you do not have to keep changing it daily. It will automatically set your routines for you.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

One of the features I dislike or feel uncomfortable using is the tracking system for when you arrive to your workplace. I do not like when certain apps track where I am located.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoop:**

If you want something user friendly and simple for wanting to know when your colleagues are in the office, who is working remote, which site they are at - Scoop is for you!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any problems that Scoop is solving for our company specifically. Looks like everything is working as it should.

  ### 2. Good resource, if coworkers use

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I like being able to see which coworkers will be in the office. Also like being able to set up a recurring schedule for the day I tend to be in the office.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

This tool was rolled out across the organization but there is not consistent use by coworkers. Would be nicer if we could get a reminder to check into work without having to turn on location services. Maybe set up a time of day to alert?

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem solving: knowing which of my team members will be remote or in the office. Helpful so I can plan my week around being with coworkers I need to connect with in person.

  ### 3. Pretty good app, provides helpful information

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan G. | Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

- Predictable easy UX
- Helpful for knowing about your colleagues, who is going into the office
- Great integration with Slack, easy to use
- Agile product, always adding new features

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

- Kind of a boring visual design, wish it was a bit more fun to use, wish some steps were easier to conduct
- Wish there were more capabilities and better information archicture
-

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing what colleagues are going into the office - its super helpful to know this so i can plan when to go into the office or what to expect when I get there, I love it

  ### 4. Great for post-pandemic work life!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie E. | Senior Associate Individual Giving, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

Scoop is intuitive to use and gives you great and timely insight into who you'll be interacting with at work that day!

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Nothing! Everything works just fine for our team

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helpful as we return to in office work and understanding how many people you'll be face to face with that day post-pandemic

  ### 5. A helpful tool to know who's in the office

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janrey J. | Coordinator for Student Leadership Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I found knowing who will be in person at my office most useful.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I want a more convenient option to check in.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of not knowing who is in the office and who is working remotely for the day.

  ### 6. Get the REAAL Scoop!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TeeNeka J. | Director of Programs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

The ease of a few clicks and your response and update being captured is great. Being able to see the total number of employees onsite in the building is a gret feature.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Nothing to share here. I do not dislike anything. Not sure why this sections has to go green prior to accpeting your response if there isn't anything that you may dislike about the app/prouduct.

**Recommendations to others considering Scoop:**

Best way to go, simple click and go!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it is a more simplified process to inform my employer of attendance at the office and when I will be working remotely. It also benefits me by showing me all of my staff's attendance as well.

  ### 7. Great tool that helps solve hybrid work challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Knowing when your colleagues will be in the office, so you don't commute when no one is there.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Clicking through the covid waiver when I set my status can be annoying, but that is probably an employer requirement and not from scoop.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing who will be at the office and when help avoid unnecessary meeting being set up and helps to know what days it makes sense to come into the office for maximum collaboration.

  ### 8. Scoop is smooth!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I like that it asks me weekly to update my status and then every two days. I love that it shows me who else will be there on days I am going to work. And you star your fav people to help coordinate better with them.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I'm not sure if everything is syncing. I keep checking with my google calendar and I am not sure if it all synced. I think some improvements need to be made but over all I think if you follow the instructions, it works out.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I know who else is coming to work and we can coordinate meetings. I like that it updates my meetings and calendar and it is very clear about when i am at work and when I am working remotely.

  ### 9. Keeps remote teams together

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

With a hybrid workforce, Scoop is an easy and convenient way to know where your colleagues are on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

The only downside I can imagine would be if you had a problem employee who was using Scoop to falsify attendance records.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing where my team is when I need them.

  ### 10. A perfect way to communicate your schedule fast and efficiently

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline P. | Multimedia Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

This app is perfect for the hybrid worker on the go! You are able to see which colleagues are in and out on what days which make it way easier to set a hybrid schedule.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I currently do not have any heavy dislikes for this application!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communicating my schedule so I do not have to! We have an inner office requirement of days to be in office and this communicates that I am meeting my goals!

  ### 11. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I like how easy it is to set a routine and forget about it. You only have to update when necessary. It's easy to see where your favorites or team members are on any given day. Also the location settings makes it easy to check in.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I was hoping there would be more contact tracing aspects. Like if you could report a positive COVID test and those also in the office when you were would get notified (anonymously). Also we don't have everyone committed to using it, so its accuracy is diminished.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoop gives the organization insight into where people are working when. It's helpful for those in the office and full-time remote.

  ### 12. Practical App to know the status of your colleagues, as well as the carpool options you have

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro M. | Regional Pricing Actuary, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

It is user-friendly, practical and informative

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

The lack of additional options and the possibility of automatic check-in at work

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can know the status of all the collaborators in an efficient and practical way

  ### 13. Start Early

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liliam P. | Practice consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Accessibility from my smartphone. Ease to update my status.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I am still not sure why I need to use outlook, scoop, and 10,000ft. It does not make sense to be so repetitive in entering where I am at, instead of focusing on my work.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure how it benefits me, just one more place I have to log in.

  ### 14. Scoop is a must for hybrid work schedules!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

What is most helpful is that there is an app plus desktop version.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

That not everyone participates. How can we help that?

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping us stay organized with hybrid scheduling.

  ### 15. Easy to use scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert G. | Web Application Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

It's super easy to use. I also like the recurring schedule option - saves me time every week!

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

The only thing I dislike is that lists such as "Employees going into work', all employees are listed. Would like to see a shorter, more relevant list (I actually heard this is coming!)

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoop is helping our management track who is coming to the office, and how often. This will obviously help the determine office space needs going forward.

  ### 16. A key component of moving forward with our hybrid workforce plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle Z. | Sr Director of Customer Solutions, Technology Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

The administrative setup, including integration with our ERP, was very straightforward and well documented. It made it easy for us to roll out and maintain with minimal resources. End users have been pleased with the experience, especially using the mobile app, which is very quick and easy to use. Being able to see each other's on-campus work plans helped our staff to bridge connections with each other as we begn our transition back to campus.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I'd like to further segment our hot desk spaces by pods and neighborhoods, helping teams ensure they can sit and work together when they are on campus. I understand this feature is coming soon, and we're looking forward to that.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our staff transition back to working on campus in a hybrid capacity, we need to ensure adequate space to accommodate their needs. Allowing staff to reserve hot desks ahead of time and analytics that give us insights into planned and actual usage of hot desks will enable us to adjust our spaces to best meet the needs of our staff.

  ### 17. Scoop is very intuitive and easy to us.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill G. | Senior Manager, Marketing & Pre-sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Having the ability to set multiple statuses.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Having to disable location when setting in-office status

**Recommendations to others considering Scoop:**

Very easy to use.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing when team members are in-office or not

  ### 18. Easily find your colleagues

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria M. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Scoop easily allows me to find where my Colleagues are working on a day to day basis, especially my favorite ones!

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Having to note status after I scheduled it.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working remote makes me feel disconnected at times but this allows me to easily schedule time in the office when others are there.

  ### 19. Love Scoop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

The ease of use and ability to schedule ahead.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

I honestly don't see any. Its a great and easy to use system!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Convenience! It makes life easier that I don't have to go in daily to log in, it can track my arrival using GPS.

  ### 20. Great idea for hybrid working

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

There is a Google integration. You can also set up your status if you're going to be OOO for the whole week or working from home the whole week you can do that as well. Everyone can see your status. Everyone can see if you're in the office or not, it'll check you in if you've enabled location services on the app or on your laptop.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

At the time if you assign desks to a certain team they can't pick the physical desk but just that area. Which in the hybrid hotel model we're using wasn't really effective for us.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The assigning desks portion, I know they were working on an outcome for that and trying to make it so they can actually choose a desk in a section. I've realized that it's super user friendly and easy to navigate. As an admin also easy to upload.

  ### 21. Scoop for Return to Office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I love being able to know who on my team is in the office and when they are there. Not only does this help us with contact tracing in the event that an employee tests positive for COVID, but it also helps our employees know who is there day to day so they can decide if they want to go in to see their teammates in person.

The Scoop team is also incredibly helpful, and always available to answer questions or help to troubleshoot if anyone has any problems.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

There isn't much to dislike. The app is easy to use and syncs directly with our HRIS system, which means I don't have to add or remove employees as they join or leave the company.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scoop puts me at ease knowing that if we did have a positive COVID test we would know who may or may not have been impacted. It's always helping us drive our return to office strategy. Although a newly remote-first company I love that my employees know who is in the office and when so they can decide if they want to join their teammates to collaborate in person on a given day.

  ### 22. Scoop is intuitive and seamless!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I like that you can see who has check into the office and what desk you will be sitting for the day. It makes my job as HR much better since we will now be working in the hybrid enviroment. You are able to upload you vaccination card and its status so that we can make sure the staff is staff as a whole. It allows you to make sure not too many people are in the office at once as well. So as the office manager I do not have to be in 24/7, I can just look at scoop and see who is in or who is going in!

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

The only downside that I see with scoop is, when assigning specific desk, you have to do it manually on the employer's side, but this doesn't take too long to do if you only have 50-100 employees! Overall Great experience so far!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seating, attendance, and who is in the office. Benefits are that I can see it from my phone 24/7

  ### 23. Scoop app is user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marsi S. | Information Technology Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

The easy navigation and setup of the app. The support offered by the team after implementation. Everyone one their side is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Not a dislike, but an item on their road map to add Saturdays to the schedule for employees to check in

**Recommendations to others considering Scoop:**

HAve floor plans ready to be uploaded and a tech resource available to set up SSO

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After Covid-19 we are back to the office in a hybrid model, and Scoop helps us allocate space for employees when they are in the office. When working remotely, you are also able to check their statuses. The reports help the management team a lot.

  ### 24. Scoop Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francesca B. | Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Scoop is an extremely helpful app for office management. We are able to get a pulse check on attendees each day, which is also extremely useful for COVID protocols.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

It would be super helpful if you could filter by office location to see who is coming into an office. Right now they are all listed together, so unless you know each employee and their location, it's hard to tell which office they are going into.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to see the utilization of each office space!

  ### 25. Scoop has been incredibly helpful in helping us transition our staff back to office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsi C. | Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

I like that you can see where employees are working, whether it be in the office, WFH, or if they are out office

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

It would be nice to have an office swipe option. For example, it would be easier to check in AND swipe into their office from the app.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since using Scoop, we've had more employees work from the office, more than one day per week. I think our employees find it helpful to see who's in from their teams. It's also been beneficial with collaboration.

  ### 26. Great value, Quick and easy implementation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Traci M. | COO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

When our company needed a Hybrid Workforce app on the fly, Scoop was able to set us up in a very short period of time. The subscription provides a lot of value for the cost and the features are intuitive and easy to use for Admins and End Users.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Would like to be able to schedule and deliver reports outside the Admin platform, or extract all data more easily for consumption in other systems.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hybrid workforce management, in/out status, health and safety questionnaires, seat plans, all made easy.

  ### 27. Helpful workplace management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Great way to see who is coming to work, and track who has historically come into work on a given day.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Difficult to enforce consistent usage, especially amongst senior team members.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our hybrid work environment, people want to come to the office when others are also in the office. Scoop is a great way to communicate that information. Additionally, when people show up in the office and want to know who will be around for lunch, in-person vs Zoom meetings, availability of meeting spaces, etc, Scoop is helpful data.

  ### 28. VP, People

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine Z. | VP, People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Scoop has been easy to implement and use. It has solved the problem of contact tracing for our NY office and allowed visibility as we roll out our hybrid work model.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

It would be great if I could add or disable users without uploading a file.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to contact trace
ability for employees to certify they have not been recently exposed or experiencing symptoms
Visibility into team members' schedules and plans for being in the office
Data to inform future facilities

  ### 29. Scoop is a Hybrid Teams Must-Have

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Animation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

Ease of use and ability to customize policies

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Nothing other than a few of my colleagues can't remember to use it consistently.

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The app works as advertised, and we have found that it's handy to know which team members will be in the building every day.

  ### 30. Here's the scoop

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

that you have to login every time and that you can't use your finger

**Recommendations to others considering Scoop:**

if you're looking for a eco friendly ride, hit up scoop

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving all kinds like getting to work and the benefits don't get me started; you're saving the planet

  ### 31. Extremely Helpful in Managing a Hybrid Office

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Scoop?**

As the office manager at our company, it's hard to order lunches, plan in-person meetings, etc., when I don't know who will be in the office each day. With Scoop, we can require our employees to set their status each day as "Going to Work", "Working Remotely" or "Out of Office" which helps us keep track of our hybrid team.

**What do you dislike about Scoop?**

Would like to see more integrations with google calendar!

**What problems is Scoop solving and how is that benefiting you?**

See above.

  ### 32. safe and cheap
