I literally have lots of points to mention that I really like best in SCM-Manager. Some of them are -
It is lightweight and easy to install, making it a good option for those who want a simple solution for managing their source code without a lot of additional complexity.
It can be configured through its web interface, which eliminates the need to hack configuration files.
It does not require Apache or a database to be installed, which reduces the number of dependencies and potential points of failure.
It provides centralized user, group, and permission management, which simplifies user management and access control.
It supports Git, Mercurial, and Subversion out of the box, which provides flexibility in terms of the types of repositories that can be managed.
It provides a RESTFul Web Service API and a rich user interface, which makes it easy to integrate with other systems and provides a good user experience.

Some things that I have figured out as limitations of this application as per my experiences are -
Limited scalability: SCM-Manager is designed for small to medium-sized teams and may not be suitable for large organizations with hundreds or thousands of users.
Limited support for distributed version control systems (DVCS) other than Git, Mercurial, and Subversion, which limits the flexibility of the system if a team prefers a different DVCS
