The best part about Scilab is that it is free and open source which makes it so much more customisable and easy to use compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A downside I've felt is that Scilab lacks simulation tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Scilab solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've worked on computer vision problems with scilab. Processing image and point cloud data. The best thing I've noted is that Scilab is much more faster and easy to use compared to other alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
