The Schoox support team is phenomenal from the CSM to the Implementation Managers and the Technical Support Teams. The team members are timely, and solution-focused and work to support in whatever ways are possible and escalate when needed to explore what is possible. The team is also open to feedback and provides opportunities to share thoughts and UX input to help share future enhancements and the overall system. It's also easy to use and has one of the best LMS mobile applications that we've ever used.
