I used Schoox a lot at work because we would often have modules to complete before a certain date for my restaurant. It was helpful when we would get new items like margaritas of the month, or if we were taking something off the menu and promoting something else, or if we had to quickly get the jist of a new policy or rule. That made it feel more like school to me than helpful. However, it made sense and most of the time it was optional. It only benefited the people who actually used it.
