The texting feature is amazing!! **What do you dislike about SchoolStatus?** I haven't found any down side to using SchoolStatus. **What problems is SchoolStatus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SchoolStatus to help contact parents for a variety of reasons. If I have a discipline issue that I need to solve, I can text parents right away. I also use it to help with attendance issues. When I have a student who has missed consecutive days, I text the parents and I usually get a response ninety-five percent of the time. This insures that we are developing a relationship with the parents while stressing the importance of attendance. ### 42. I love the daily attendance data that I receive, engagement logs and the abiliy to brodcast mass messages along with text messaging. I love that calls are recorderd. School Status is the mandatory method of communication to our parents for class, school and network newslettere, etc. School status is easy to use and implement and is used frequently by all faculty and staff members. I have not needed to use customer support because I have not had any concerns. **What do you dislike about SchoolStatus?** I do not have anything that I least like, I love all of the features. **What problems is SchoolStatus solving and how is that benefiting you?** School status is solving the problem of mainstream, consistent communication utilizing one platform instead of multiple platforms. What I like about this program is that you can still have parent communication without needing to be at a school landline. This program also codes your personal number, so parents do not have access to it. Another plus is that you can message parents by texting. It seems more and more parents prefer this method of communication is straight and to the point. **What do you dislike about SchoolStatus?** Parents being able to communicate with you at any point of the day can also become tiresome.
