What do you like best about Scanova?

We use Scanova for editable QR codes. The upside to this service is that it hosts our QR codes so that if we need to update the URL for the code from the stickers in the future, we can easily do so.

I do find it slightly difficult to login to the site and navigate the site, which has been a slight downfall. The user interface could use improvement. We have had no issues with the reliability of the WR codes, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scanova?

What problems is Scanova solving and how is that benefiting you?

Providing a platform for QR codes that can be permanently used on customer-facing stickers, but we are able to update the QR codes' URLs in the future if needed, without having to update the physical QR codes. This allows us to use permanent stickers on equipment purchased by customers, and not have to worry about site changes affecting the code's accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scanova?

What do you like best about Scanova?

The constant updates are helpful. The service itself is intuitive and easy to organize. Their QR codes offer a lot of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Scanova?

My clients are able to see my menu along with any other specials I have going on. I am able to upload if I can remember correctly up to 10 PDF file on my QR code. My QR is in my business card's and my clients are able to have access to it as many times as they need. They can share with family and friend's with no issues! I've had Scanova I want to say 1 or 2 years now. I've tried to find other alternatives but this software is the best one by far out there and the prices are super affordable. It allows me to grow my business without a website. I've recommended Scanova to so many small businesses starting out and I've just heard great things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scanova?

What do you like best about Scanova?

The feature of implementing a QR Code with Scanova has helped many of my clients get a direct path to everything they need to know about my business. With a simple scan, they get all my info in a very nice looking portal making your business profile standout and looks very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Scanova?

I havent really found any downsides to using Scanova because so far it has only helped me grow, But if I had to point something out it would be the fact that they dont have an app for mobile use, which would be nice to have, to save you the time to go on the website whenever you want to make a change or check your profile. Scanova has been able to provide a user friendly experience to anyone who scans my qr code and get info about my business, the information is immediately shown on the phone and can be saved and shared practically in seconds, with a tradional business card or something similar, people sometimes lose it and dont have any info anymore.
