I like that it is innovative in the way it works with my contacts on storing them and accessing them. The app is really easy to use even for someone like me who has issues sometimes with technology. I like the ease of use for the app. In particular the scanning is very accurate and the connection process is very fast. Also, it's innovative technologies such as follow up and CRM export function, and address book sync makes it very easy to export connections in a variety of ways such as excel, your own phone book, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like the layout of the app. For me, it was very difficult to navigate. Also, the color scheme is off and there could be a lot more description/info for each button. It has a really simple to use interface and does a reasonably good job at scanning business cards, reading and storing information. While I wish it interfaced with other apps or phone contact lists, the in-app navigation is solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scanning business cards with irregular fonts can be problematic. Lack of crossover integration is unfortunate as this could be much better if it played nicer with other apps (on Andriod, for me). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to scan the business cards using this app is great for saving space in my wallet. It is also great for keeping business cards organized and once they are scanned and added to the app you will not lose them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It needs to improve on the text reading. Sometimes it does not read the information on the business card correctly. This could be due to the different fonts used on business cards but it would be better if it was more accurate at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
