Teams can extend capabilities with add-ons such as Pod Placement Optimization and Workload Replicas Optimization. For larger environments, the Enterprise plan provides custom packages and billing with everything in Growth plus SSO, personalized onboarding, a private Slack or Teams support channel, a guaranteed SLA, and a dedicated CSM.

What do you like best about ScaleOps?

The ScaleOps installation process is impressively simple and seamless. The Parent Dashboard feature is particularly valuable, allowing effortless management of multiple ScaleOps instances across the enterprise — a great advantage for organizations with numerous Kubernetes clusters.

The ScaleOps team deserves special mention for their responsiveness and support; they are always available to address queries and proactively assist in resolving issues.

One of the biggest benefits is that you no longer need to manually monitor and resize applications in each cluster. What do you dislike about ScaleOps?

The cost savings projected on the dashboard should more accurately reflect the actual savings achieved through node reduction. At times, the displayed figures can be somewhat misleading.
