**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

It's very intuitive and quickly in their synchronisation. The support is very helpful.

Maybe the RemoteCast in Apple is not very efficient, but, I suppose that is not the problem with Scalefusion, just with Apple.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

The support team like Ananth. I had a problem locking in the webpage for our punching tool (iSolved). I created the same browser shortcut we used for our old punching tool (Toast). But, it is not directing to the virtual clock, so I reached out for help via chat. I was then answered by Ananth who jumped right in to help me. At first, he and I did meet on the chat as I was working on PH Time but what I love about Ananth is how much he wanted to help me with the problem at hand that he constantly asked how the initial solution was doing. It is apparent that we need to jump into a call. So, we did. He then demonstrated the solution he came up with which is the web app. I then proceeded to test for it with the manager's help. And it worked! I am so happy that my concern was made a top priority and made me feel listened to. I thought to myself, the solution was just there and with the right people, it could be solved. No need for me to worry.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

None at the moment. The ease of use is amazing. I love it all!

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The employees who are not tech savvy would find it hard to open the virtual clock because they don't know what application to press. But with Scalefusion, it was simplified. Here's the  review that our manager has:

Hello May Anne.
I monitored the tablet the whole week of last week and per my observation, the tablet randomly refreshes and the page gets directed to the one shown on the picture. This should be okay because all they have to do when this happens is click on that one icon and it goes back to normal. I will be advising them about this icon so they know what to do.
Last Thursday and Friday, I started locking a couple of tablets and advised them to click on that icon if they see it. I also demonstrated it to them.
Regarding the buttons on the bottom of the tablet, they stay hidden as the tablet gets unlocked, however, it’s not really completely hidden because when I swipe up from the bottom, it does appear. But I didn’t tell them this. I told them the buttons are gone and don’t look for it because they don’t need it. Haha.

This week, I will continue to lock the rest of the tablets as I visit the job sites. Thank you for your help!

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

We recently ran into an integration issue with the Scalefusion MDM platform that threatened to derail a major feature launch and impact customer acquisition. However, thanks to the stellar support provided by Priyanka and the Scalefusion team, we were able to resolve the issue quickly and go live as planned.

I contacted Scalefusion support unsure if we would be able to meet our imminent launch deadline. Priyanka immediately grasped the urgency of the situation. She provided courteous and patient guidance, walking me through possible solutions and configuration changes to get past the integration problem.

Despite it being a complicated issue that required significant troubleshooting, Priyanka never lost composure or positivity. Her expertise and commitment to finding an answer was remarkable. She coordinated flawlessly with other specialists on the Scalefusion team to tackle the problem from all angles.

In the end, we were able to get the critical delivery back on track and launch our new feature on time thanks to Priyanka's consultative approach and the Scalefusion team's timely, high-quality support. The experience was a tremendous relief for us, saving our customer acquisition milestones.

I get a bit confused, but I'm HR, not IT, so it's going to happen.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion keeps employees from giving an iPad back to me that I can't access because they've changed a password or passcode. No longer do we have to hunt down proof of purchase for Apple, attempt to schedule an appointment at the Apple store, and take the time to go to the Apple store to have our iPads reconfigured. I can also easily track down an iPad an employee says they've "lost."

Web Filtering (White listing and blacklisting). 
Single app mode is also very good policy.
Customer Support from Mr. Keshava was fast and perfect to solve my doubt.

Actually, its good to have so many policies but usually if we have many options to control it becomes complicated to operate. I think, to make it more simple.

I have implemented some modules of scalefusion to manage user flow. The primary feature we were looking into it is Patch management, Multi os support, remote management, Location tracking and content management. Some how Scalefusion  meets all our requirements but some time its not up to mark. They are doing improvement and supporting us evertytime.

Scalefusion was very easy to figure out. Im not an IT person by any means, but I'm required to set up the tablets we are implementing. Scalefusion worked seamlessly for me, I was able to quickly get it running. Any confusions I had were quickly addressed by the support help. Ananth specifically has helped me through multiple issues and set me up for continued troubleshooting success going forward. Thanks!

The software can be somewhat confusing at a glance. especially for someone without an IT background. But I'd expect the same for most similar EMM solutions.

It is allowing us to implement mulitple tablets in multiple facilities and ensure they are used productively by our team. We can also easily manage and update/troubleshoot remotely.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Scalefusion is a powerful system. It has a huge bundle of features and manufactore SDKs. I used them in my previous project and do it again. They have an experience and data knowledge (2k clients x M devices). Flexibale and nice support + quick problem solving. For e.g. we faced with a bug in the remote control - actions didn't work. Priyanka took this process under control and after 10 days we got a fix. TeamViewer bye-bye! Double thank support and dev team!! Good luck and be better every day

Some glitches may occur during installation or uninstallation and you need to be experienced to fix them.

It is very easy to use. The features are very easy to implement within the dashboard. Application management and content management helped us a lot. The support team is quick in responding.

Product tutorial videos are missing. Although there are help docs for everything, but quick explainer videos would have been nice.

Android OS forms the major chunk of our device mix. We can easily manage our Android devices with Scalefusion. Plus, they keep on introducing new features and enhancements to the existing features, which is again helpful to us.

I would say that the most annoying feature about Scalefusion is that I cannot update the apps in bulk, I have to update them individually. This can be really time consuming as we've removed permissions from our users to install/update/remove apps from their devices.

I'm a recent customer of Scalefusion. I looked at a few of its competitors and found it to have the best price and plans for small installations, such as mine, that include customer support. And the support is excellent. The administrative interface for Scalefusion includes a chat console. Responses are rapid and courteous and the staff members are extremely well trained. Highly recommended.

No problems so far. Small issues during installation were resolved quickly by the support.

The best thing about Scalefusion lies in its simplicity of device management features. One such feature that our IT admins love is content management. We have varied teams with specific roles and responsibilities in our organization. Thus, access to the right resources at the right time without clutter is important to us. Scalefusion’s content management feature allows our IT admins to push the relevant content to managed devices remotely. With support for almost all the file and document types going around, our teams don’t have to worry about any formatting issues on their devices. It helps us stay relevant and productive all the time.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

Well, that’s a tough one! Perhaps a few more features to manage Apple desktops would be nice to have.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalefusion has addressed a lot of everyday challenges for our IT admins. But the ability to push and remove content remotely and silently on devices truly stands out. All our teams can access their required content with ease. So they can focus more on their goals and not be tense about missing that critical presentation! Once the purpose is solved, admins can delete the files from the devices if needed. That saves storage space as well.

Our teams work in different time zones across the globe, and therefore, our IT admins require remote device management functionalities. And that’s exactly what Scalefusion provides. Our IT team can execute effective remote control and management of corporate devices while staying on top of data security. The remote support feature helps in troubleshooting device issues faster.

It’s very difficult to pick anything to dislike. The support is up to the mark as well. So, nothing to choose from here.

The assistance of Scalefusion’s support team was invaluable during the initial implementation phase. Furthermore, when we encountered technical challenges, the team went the extra mile to address our problems by introducing customized development and conducting thorough testing, resulting in a favorable outcome. The support team successfully resolved any issues that spared us the effort of reformatting our extensive collection of Android tablets across the country by devising a unique solution to restore our fleet to its usual condition.

Recently, we experienced issues for certain users that were causing operational stoppages for our partners. Riyaz from the customer support team was an immense help in getting the issue solved. He was very flexible and made himself available to handle our inquiries, as well as taking information passed on to him and working with the development team to have a change implemented quickly. Thanks to his hard work, we were able to arrive at a solution in a short time that will benefit not only our users, but Scalefusion as a whole.

The very efficient one tap install using QR code makes it so easy to enroll a new device.  Recent changes have only enhanced the product.

I am using it to loan out devices to new arrivals in the UK seeking asylum.  Having access to safe, managed, loaned devices has massive positive mental-health benefits.

I only wish it could notify me when kids have cracked the touchscreen - again!  But seriously I take that as evidence they are well used.

Scalefusion provides an extensive array of device management across platforms, particularly Android and Windows. As our organization uses different devices and operating systems among teams, a solution like Scalefusion ticks all the boxes. Our IT team doesn’t have to juggle multiple platforms to manage devices. Device enrollment and configuration are simplified on the Scalefusion dashboard. Retiring devices or wiping data from them when employees leave the organization is quite easy as well.

Customer service has been straight to the point and very helpful -  We tried using Samsung Knox before but felt like we were jumping through hoops trying to get an initial device set up going.  With Scalefusion, any troubleshooting has been timely and accurate.

As someone who is not in IT - there is a bit of a learning curve to getting to know Scalefusion, or any MDM.  There are a few tips and tricks i've picked up along the way that I would not have been able to figure out without talking to support/our specialist.

We wanted to lock down and secure tablets that with distributed throughout our organization (200+).  Across the organization, there are some similar needs and unique use cases.  Being able to adapt the tablets to different groups within our organization has made our lives easier.

While the technical support was excellent, the feedback process could be streamlined. Using G2 for feedback is a bit combersome. It currently requires a thorough response and involves many questions, making it time-consuming. Send me a survey with some stars!

Amazing customer experience w/ Dushyant! The user interface is helpful and user friendly and can easily connect it with Apple Business Manager and manage all our Apple devices. What I most like from ScaleFusion is the quick creation of the features once you apply the policies on doesboard. The support in another excelent issue. Other competetors have delays in policy enforcements.

The inability of enforcing Profile policies when device have no internet. The lost and found should work at most. My  country devices not always connect to internet.

**What do you like best about Scalefusion?**

Their customer service is excellent and professional. I find that whenever I need assistance via online chat, they are always available to resolve any issues and answer any questions needed. 
It was very helpful during the initial stages of deployment, and also when we had technical difficulties, they went above and beyond to rectify our issue by implementing custom development and testing with a positive outcome. They were able to resolve an issue that prevented us from having to reformat our large fleet of Android tablets nationwide by coming up with a custom resolution to get our fleet back to its normal state.

**What do you dislike about Scalefusion?**

No real downsides at this stage. Maybe just the licensing model if I had to provide one, if they had something such as a month-to-month plan it would be great, rather than per year.

**What problems is Scalefusion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to have more control over our fleet of tablets than our previous provider is a game-changer. As mentioned above, their customer service and support have been excellent and a huge improvement over our last provider.
