In the world of web hosting, where the options are practically endless, I discovered a true benchmark: Scalahosting. Since I started using their services, I was surprised by the quality and reliability they offer.

My user experience  
From the moment I accessed Scalahosting, I realized how easy it was to navigate their platform. The interface is very intuitive, and the tools to manage my account are easy to use, very similar to Cpanel. Everything is designed so that even if you're not an expert, you can manage your website without complications.

Excellent performance  
What impressed me the most was the performance of Scalahosting. Thanks to their advanced infrastructure, my site always loads quickly and has 99.9% uptime. No matter how much traffic it receives, it has always operated with impeccable stability.

Security that lets me sleep peacefully  
I knew that security is fundamental, and Scalahosting gave me the confidence that my site is protected. With firewalls, constant monitoring, and regular security updates, I could rest easy knowing my information was safe.

Very, very good support  
Whenever I needed help, the Scalahosting support team was there to resolve any questions or issues. They were always friendly, very professional, and efficient, which made my experience even more positive.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

The lack of Spanish support, the company has grown and could have Spanish support.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have no problems, I have been working with the company for 15 years and truthfully, no issues.

We started using scalahosting since 2019 and since then there is no looking back. We have worked with many service providers during the last decade or so but none comes close to Scala Hosting. We have grown from one server to multiple servers during this time.

Scalahosting has an amazing turnaround time for issues and never i have waited more than 30 seconds for their first response. Their technical team comprises of top notch professionals who help us time to time from simplest to the most critical issues.

We have not faced any major downtime or security threat of any kind whatsoever till date. We know that our infrastructure and data is in safe hands and it gives complete peace of mind.

Sales and Billing team are transparent and they do deliver on their promises.

Scalahosting is totally reliable and dependable and they do their work with such effiency that we can concentrate on our own core work. They not just match expectation but exceed also.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

Still trying to figure that out...

The only thing that we sometimes think of is if they can have more add-ons / options to customize the packages.  They are particularly strict about the packages and so we have to work around this.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted not only a service provider that just providers infrastructure but works like a team on whom we can depend on crunch situations. Scalahosting has not dissapointed in this aspect. Also, there are lot less security incidents when compared to other providers that we worked with.

The support people are very helpful, fast, and seem knowledgable.  I transferred a bunch of sites using a cpanel backup from another web host, and Scala's customer support answered all my questions about their SPanel and quickly and efficiently moved all my sites to SPanel with no hiccups.  It was a smooth and uneventful transition.  Any time I've had to reach out to support through the chat, it's easy and customer support is responsive and helpful.

The hosting plan I had come from had more impressive specs than Scala for the same amount of money, but the performance I see on my sites seems comparable and uptime has been good.

Scala hosting has been a pretty solid managed VPS plan overall.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

I'd hoped since Scala had their own free SPanel, that would equate to slightly cheaper hosting plan prices than what they are.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scala's helpful human customer support is key to keeping my websites going without issues.  My last host made changes to their support system and it was a disaster.  Scala is doing things well with their customer support and making it easy to access and utilize.

I have been consitently impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of the customer support team. Whenever i has question or encountered issues with emails services not working well, i recieve quick replies and clear actionable solutions. I reached out for assistance when my website was down and within minutes, i was told what to do and my site back online within 10minutes.
Additionally, i appreciate how the support team follows up to ensure the issue has been fully addressed. This level of service makes me feel confident to relay on their hosting services and even recommend it to others.

For now i dont have any issue with them.

**What do you like best about ScalaHosting?**

They are always available to assist and you can run your hosting business without any issues of downtime.

I have never had a downtime with scala. All issues i have raised with them have always been resolved within minutes.

I have been a loyal customer for them for 4 years and i have not been dissapointed.

They also give grace period to pay up your invoices.

Edit: I have reverted back to their spanel and i have not recorded any issues so far.

The system (SPanel)is easy to use as well as easy to resell/implement.
The SPanel is easy to intergrate with whmcs and i have been using their systems for the past 6 years and i am a regular and active customer.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

Their Spanel is good however its still a work in progress and new features keep coming.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They offer reliable servers which are safe from malware attacks unlike other providers which i have used before.
They are also trying to lower the costs of web hosting through offering an alternative web hosting panel which seems to be  a very good alternative though its still have some work which needs to be done.
They also have support team always on standby which is rare from most of the service providers which i have used.

The support team is always there and incredibly fast.  Surprisingly, they seem to have more than enough live agents so you do not have to wait a signle minute to get the attention you need.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

1. Caching the Cpanel is a serious issue that needs to be fixed.  If you have several email accounts and try to access them through webmail you may need to wait for a while after checking an email account before being able to check another email account.  I brought this up to them and they admitted and acknowledged the issue. Yet, nothing has been done about it.

2. They have limited pricing options, you can either choose a low-cost plan or an expensive one. Nothing in between.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting instant support and timely response to each inquiry. My websites are kept up and running most of the time and if there's a glitch, ScalaHosting is able to figure it out and turn in the solution.

From transfering over from a prior host to adjusting settings after the fact, they have knocked it out of the park. Every time I have had to reach out for help has not been for an issue on their part but to help with transfer settings and setting up for first time. Once I beame familiar the system is easy to use and configure.

It is the perfect compromise to give the possibility to developers who are not expert system administrators, to be able to safely manage virtual machines with extreme flexibility. In a few minutes you can change the configuration: go from litespeed to apache or nginx and all this always supported by expert technicians who always respond, 24/7. SPanel is ease of use, light and very fast, already included in the cost of the service. It's my new point of reference when I need stability, versatility, assistance and safety. Direct access to the ssh terminal from SPanel and convenient access to logs. Taking the average of its features, to date, it is my favorite cloud hosting.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

The cost is slightly higher than other cloud hosting platforms but I understand them because the support is totally different and it is the only solution with a fair quality-price ratio and versatility for non-experts that I have found on the market.

I have been a ScalaHosting customer for over 3 years and my experience with this company has been exceptional. I have deployed numerous self-managed VPS and I have all my services and customers deployed here. Their "SPanel" web tool is very easy to use and creating new domains, subdomains or email addresses is a matter of minutes! I can also confirm that the IPs are not blacklisted, so all the emails sent from my client accounts are always reaching inboxes.
I have also opened several Support cases and the team has always been responsive and technical in their responses. I really appreciate their support and can say they are Top Tier (I have been a Support Engineer as well, these guys are the real deal!)
I frequently integrate new services, and it is very easy to connect my websites to external services. Their File Manager is also very responsive, and I use it daily to perform file changes and backups.
I have worked with many service providers in the past and can confirm that ScalaHosting has been the place where I have been more happy and successful.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

There are little things to dislike about ScalaHosting. The only things that come to mind is that the server logs rotate every 3 days so there have been instances where a Support case has taken too long to resolve because we were waiting for the issue to happen again in order to capture the necessary troubleshooting information to fix said issue. The other thing I dislike is Pricing. ScalaHosting is more expensive than competitors and other mainstream service providers, and I wish their services were a bit cheaper, specially the self-managed servers :D

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScalaHosting has fixed the two main issues I have struggled with in the past:
- Lightweight CPanel where I could create and manage multiple Websites and Email Addresses
- Clean IP Addresses that were not blacklisted, so emails sent from my domains could reach the recepient's inbox

On top of solving these two major issues, ScalaHosting also has an excellent Technical Support team that has helped me solve complex technical issues multiple times in the past without fail and in short time.

I took my chances and bet on Scala, they are simply amazing, I had a huge database, posts, users, customers, orders, everything that has been happening on my business for 5 years, and it was flawless. 
Then, the usage of the server (I have a VPS) is plain simple, emails, DNS, all that you need is one click away.
I feel safe and confident that this is the server I will use to scale.

Nothing really. Some support representatives are more savvy than others, but that's about it.

I have to admit that I was hesitant to go with ScalaHosting, so I figured I would wait for Black Friday and try them out while the they had those deals, and I am very happy I did! I got a VPS that definitly performs better than where I had my client's websites. So I ended up just moving over all of the websites. 

When it comes to customer support, I am very impressed so far. I like that they get back to me very quickly, I mean like Iit feels like they have people just refreshing the support page to see if they got any new support messages. Honestly, that's what it feels like. Also, I like how they take my questions as a legitimate issue even if it turn out to be my fault.

I was honestly concerend about using the SPanel after using cPanel for over 15 years. I do have to say that the SPanel is very snappy. I can definitly feel the difference of how much better faster it feels. I also like the visual gauge of the CPU, RAM and disk space.

**What do you dislike about ScalaHosting?**

I would have to say that even though the SPanel is a lot snappier, I feel like it still needs some built-in features. Currently support does a great job when asking them to change a setting, and it helps that they reply very quickly, but I am used to doing a lot of those setting changes myself. They may not be things that most people need to change, but I get very tedious when it comes to settings on my VPS. But, what I love is that right in the SPanel you can request features, and from why I see, they are very willing to add those features. I hope they are ready for all of my feature requests LOL.

Scala Hosting was not recommended by anyone. I was shopping around for a high-end client and after checking the usual top hosting guys they were the only ones who took the time to login to my clients server, diagnose the needs and recommend one of their products. No one has ever done such a thing, even if asked. I was changing technology so I needed someone that could asses me in "translating" old tech into new tech.

I got one of their VPN Cloud hosting and have slowly upgraded as my client needs it. Upgrades are easy to buy and even easier to implement which is instant. I have upgraded CPU, RAM, and SSD several times and all are flawless.

I have had to use their tech support a few times. They are always extremely fast, helpful and I always feel they go the extra mile which is awesome.

Their sPannel works great and I don't miss cpanel at all. I don't think there is anything that cpanel has I miss.

Al in all, I love Scala Hosting. Yes it's more expensive than your regular cheap hosting, but in my opinion of over 20 years of hosting experience, Scala is definitely one of the best I have ever tried in any way you measure it. Yes, on the more expensive side, but my clients are very happy, no complaints from them so no complaints from me. Im a very happy customer.

Scala is in my eyes far ahead of any competition 8/10.

Iv'e been in web development for over 12 years and recently switch to Scala Hosting in 2024 and I love it. My VPS hosts about 75 websites and server speed is noticebly faster than my last company even with the same specs. And it's about 30% cheaper.



Overall, I'm very happy with Scala Hosting. I will stick with them for a while if things stay the same as they are now. If you’re looking for a fast great value hosting solution I'd recommend trying them out!

I'm using the Spanel with self-management, and the user experience is one of the best compared to the Plesk interface, which was the tool in my previous hosting.
The monthly costs are much more convenient than the previous one I had.
One of the bonuses is that they acknowledge the merit of Joomla CMS and give it the proper place among the automation suggested on the server.

Scala Hosting can help you build a strong online presence for your business ensuring that your pages load quickly with minimal downtime helping you maximize sale opportunities.

If you've outgrown your current hosting provider and are ready to spend a bit more money and want to see something for it then I recommend SiteGround.

The plans are good value considering the tools and support you get and the servers are not over crowded ensuring you get stable quality hosting.

Nothing to dislike. but when they upgrared Spanel , the first time i was confused to see . that was my mistake.

**What problems is ScalaHosting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

normally no problem at technical level. we need support some time for spam or  missing emails

I have an experience for more than 10 years working with scala and I found them very helpful and the customer support team very professional and have probmt response .  I cannot ask for more regarding stability and performance on specially on VPS . I have a very nice experience with the spanel environment which they keep updating and developing although it's free and do not need license as cpanel 
Finally I would recommend them for web hosting VPS hosting service which I use with no concerns at all

may thier pricing increased by time wish if they kept the pricing without such increase

That prices have increased since I started (but haven't they everywhere?) and that I can't reduce the storage of my cloud server dynamically.
