1. Caching the Cpanel is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. If you have several email accounts and try to access them through webmail you may need to wait for a while after checking an email account before being able to check another email account. I brought this up to them and they admitted and acknowledged the issue. Yet, nothing has been done about it.

From transfering over from a prior host to adjusting settings after the fact, they have knocked it out of the park. Every time I have had to reach out for help has not been for an issue on their part but to help with transfer settings and setting up for first time.
