We recently onboarded another application on Saviynt platform and the ease of scalability and flexiblity was impressive to say the least. Be it creating dynamic attributes for blocking unwanted access requests or designing a workflow, it does everything an IGA platform needs to be doing. Very satisfied. The view detail icon in the Entitlement tab of Endpoints is very small and a new user including myself faced lot of difficulty in locating it. There should have been a more accessable feature of rollbacking incorrectly triggered tasks for Admin level users, but these are just suggestions and the concerns are subjective. This IDaaS solution provides lot of Out Of the box connectors to integrate with our enterprise systems. Saviynt API is highly useful and we do use them in building custom UI experience for users. We require minimal effort to maintain the solution.
Documentation is easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if this tool can offer SSO capabilities for the applications integrated. In that way we can avoid using multiple set of tools for IGA, SSO and MFA.
Currently we are looking for a flexible way to enable MFA erollment for users when they are on-boarded on to IGA. Would like to know if Saviynt is planning to enhance the features to support MFA enrollments with Ping ID (not just user creation in Ping ID).
It would be great if users dashboard can be customised to have additional tile to view their MFA enrolments on Ping ID.
It would be highly useful if we can add custom jar files without having to hardcode secrets. One way of acheving this is to enable the jar file to access connection objects configured in saviynt which is not possible at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Saviynt is a platform designed for end users, known for its simplicity and straightforwardness. It consistently receives multiple updates each year, enhancing its functionality. The tool is easy to configure and is excellent for running certifications across line managers and EO/RO reviews. One of its standout features is the highly praised customer support. Overall, I believe Saviynt is the best tool among all IAM solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are occasional issues when configuring certifications using around 50,000 User IDs. However, these problems do not occur when using user key configurations. I am hopeful that Saviynt will address and resolve this issue in upcoming updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Saviynt's UI is very clean and responsive. Readability and Editibility in Saviynt is simple. New features and functions are easy to implement in Saviynt with minimum prior knowledge for the Support teams. Other applications are easy to integrate in Saviynt using the modules provided and also the Saviynt forum and Customer Support is very responsive if any help is needed. Saviynt can be used frquently from multiple devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since Saviynt can manage complex data, hence it becomes a bit complicated for layman or the end user to follow the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been working with Saviynt to resovle a slew of issues we have with provisioning, entitlement management, jobs getting stuck etc. Saviynt team has been very engaging and has helped to stabilize the infrastructure and fix the core issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though Saviynt has the multi tenent model, every upgrade/update requires extensive testing by the customers which is a painful process. Many time, existing functionalites break during this process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
User friendly, a lot of flexibility in term of onboarding an application, UAR, easy to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited examples on documentation, SavRoles are not flexible enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The company is dynamic, at a size where you can still talk to the management, innovative in its market, and focused primarily on IGA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is not always as responsive and efficient as you would expect, but this is improving over time as ther organisation expands into new geographies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
