What do you like best about SatisMeter?

The interface is rather easy to use without extensive training Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SatisMeter?

lack of options when it comes to building different types of surveys and feedback channels.

The pop-up modal is too big and very intrusive.

Extracting data is painful because each survey must be exported into a CVS file separately

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

Loving that we implemented Satismeter at my organisation. Really helped to turn the tide in terms of user-centric development. Was easy to set-up and integrate with our data platforms. We use it daily to gather feedback and help steer the organisation in the right direction.

What do you dislike about SatisMeter?

We also use Productboard, but on the lower plans that doesn't support a direct integration, so we've had to use workarounds for that unfortunately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

What I like most is that it is a very intuitive tool to use and allows me to have excellent tracking of the NPS obtained. It doesn't require a major integration and can be synchronized with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SatisMeter?

There is nothing I don't like about this platform. The interface is very simple and provides me with all the information I need in just a few clicks. If I had to add something, it would be that the platform could provide more data, but with what is available, it is more than enough to measure the NPS obtained. What do you like best about SatisMeter?

This is the first company that actually implemented a feature that I requested, instead of the standard answer that they would put my request on the product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Export to Google sheets works a bit strange, where it you need to make an adjustment to Zapier per survey, to get the rating exported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

Satismeter is intuitive and has a pleasant UX that makes it easy to create surveys. Additionally, it has features and settings that facilitate customer segmentation. It is constantly updated and has support that responds very quickly (a shoutout to Alexia).

Suggestion for a new feature: I usually contact detractors and classify the problems, and I miss being able to add tags to an NPS response and then have a report of the most frequent problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding your suggestion, I can already say that we are on the same page: it is part of our roadmap to introduce a tagging system for the Dashboard in 2022!

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

The features I like include the ability to send email surveys! I also like the template concept. I'm looking forward to trying these out some day on real customer groups! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SatisMeter?

I think the tool could offer more in the way of integrations. It would also be nice to see other survey options available. Finally, I'd probably use it more often or implement faster if the third-party integrations were easier. SatisMeter is also hard to pronounce XD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* It's very simple software, I can add new users without needing to onboard them.

* Support is excellent

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

Satismeter is truly fit-for-purpose. We use it to collect and analyse Net Promoter System responses across our public website and web applications. Its simple end-user interface ensures high response rates, and the dashboard allows us to slice and dice the data however we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SatisMeter?

Nothing! If I had to change something / request a feature, it would be better and more comprehensive scrubbing of really old data - or a way to sync our deleted users and get them de-identified in Satismeter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SatisMeter?

Satismeter platform has helped us to gather our NPS survey's answers in a very organized way. Its system of filters is very useful, in addition it was extremely easy to integrate satismeter with our platform. We use the most the NPS survey, however, whenever I want to collect CSAT answers, I also use Satismeter and send the survey through email for my clients. Very easy and practical and no need of IT team to help me out. Another point that is worthy to mention is the customer success and support services, they are amazing, always available to help and listen to feedback! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
