We miss sometimes deeper metrics and the possibility to save filters so that we can quickly check the overall NPS score for a specific segment of clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's so simple to use, they provide tons of out-of-the-box integrations, and anytime we need to spin up a new survey, we can do it with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perhaps if there was an easy way to split up NPS scores and aggregate by organization and track those trends over time, though I think that's more a limitation on our company and not Satismeter at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is effortless to set up and use. I love how the pricing is based on the responses. The email reminders have helped us with our response rates too. The team has also been very prompt and supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would not term this as dislike, But there are a few features I would like to have:

1. For the recurring survey display, it would be great if we could add a limit

2. It would be helpful to get the list of users who have viewed the survey, closed it, etc

Usability and integrability. The tool is really easy to use, it is simple, but the good simple. It does more than NPS, any survey or pulse actually. It keeps different tracking codes for each project, which avoids displaying Surveys in the wrong places for companies with multiple products.

It integrates easily as well. The API endpoints really help, and the support helped me getting the script right - kudos to Konstatin and Alexia. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting lacks capabilities. We cannot see a dashboard with data from two different projects, for example. But for it is easy to integrate (and trigger webhooks) we are able to extract the data in real-time and feed our database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
