Its very easy to create dashboards using drag-drop feature for a non-technical user. It's in-memory computing, which really speeds up the large data processing. **What do you dislike about SAS Viya?** Nothing dislike as such but its costly when compared to open source like python and it will require training when one has to use its advance feature. One should have proper understading of statistics while implementing any AI/ML techiniques. **What problems is SAS Viya solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have used this SAS Viya tool for making predictive model using its AI/ML feature. Our problem was to predict the probability of default at the end of 90 days DPD. for this we have used this tool for data preparation as processing of data is very fast and at the same time used for data preparation lile outlier detection and missing value treatment. later on top of this , we build decision tree to come with the rulesets to determine customer's channel preference in paying the balance of credit card .My teammate has also build dashboards with the help of SAS visual analytics module and even published the dashboards on SAS viya hub. ### 2.
