Lack of timely support during major incidents. In critical situations, resolving issues often takes longer than expected and we do not consistently received detailed RCA which hinders our ability to prevent future occurences.

I felt for this is complexity between team and person to manage work and it will be difficult for those person who has less knowledge of sas.so require good expertise and training before this use .
