SAS Customer Due Diligence is useless and operations are hard. The user interface is very obtuse. Setting up configurations is not as straightforward as we initially hoped. This increases the risk of compliance and regulations.

Im not particularly fond of the lack of flexibility and customization options with SAS Customer Due Diligence. The user interface appears outdated and not very intuitive making it difficult to navigate. SAS Customer Due Diligence is good from incorporating user features and placing a stronger emphasis on adaptability.

**What problems is SAS Customer Due Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue of SAS Customer Due Diligence is the problem of management of customer data. It is unable to helps our business as a platform for maintaining customer information is outdated. It is designed with a one size fits all approach, which limits its quality for industries and business requirements.

It lacks summaries and aggregations of transactions and the alerts take a while to generate. The interface is not the most intuitive has its appeal. There is a lack of user experience.

SAS Customer Due Diligence lacks a user interface making it difficult to navigate and utilize. There is a lack of customization options within the system which restricts our ability to tailor it according to our requirements. The customer support provided by SAS is below par with slow response times and insufficient resolutions for our issues.

SAS Customer Due Diligence has not solved the issue of time consuming processes involved in managing customer data. It obstructs our business by complicating tasks. It does not ensure compliance, with regulations.

**What do you like best about SAS Customer Due Diligence?**

Definitely the single view of the customer – makes things streamlined. Also from the recent 8.3 update, connecting to the legacy SAS Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 database is pretty neat for us. This is a must-required solution for companies that are already utilizing SAS' business suit.

**What do you dislike about SAS Customer Due Diligence?**

The interface could be more intuitive. Sometimes we find ourselves taking a few extra steps than we'd like to (impacting our efficiency). And setting up some of the configurations.

**What problems is SAS Customer Due Diligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CDD helps us spot potential money laundering risks by continuously assessing our customer relationships. As an offshore company dealing with international monetary transactions, having a risk analysis of the funds that are coming in is a necessity. This means we're staying compliant and avoiding potential legal headaches. Peace of mind knowing we have a system diligently monitoring things behind the scenes is the absolute real benefit of the CDD.
