What problems is Sapling solving and how is that benefiting you?
So for us we used to have a ticketing system to track tasks used in offboarding and on boardings users, this had sub tickets (child/parent tickets) but it did create confusion and it was not as seemless. So for using Sapling it does help out in terms of keeping tasks organized and teams knowing what needs to be done. This helps big when it comes to security and compliance, being that tasks must be done with a certain time frame. Overall great product, solution for us. This also having integration with GSuite Calendars, it saves so much time. It allows everyone in the Org to be in sync with what is going on and when.
