I like one thing about this product, it shows the employee their accruals in a calendar so they can plan ahead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Time and Attendance Management by Workforce Software?

The entire system is so old school, from the look and use. There is no "home" screen once you've clicked into a portal so you must click the back arrow 15 times to get back to square one. There are so many codes and goofy work arounds that must be used to make the timesheet add up... it's not user friendly to the supervisors or employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
