What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

Over success factors, performance tracking and task assignments are effortless and less time-consuming. As a manager, i do appraisals for my team members, making a clear definition of goal setting and management of their tasks, upskilling, and performance is effortless and communicating the same with employees is smooth. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The enroute forms is sometimes confusing. The channel pf application flow from one level to another is sometimes somewhat tricky. It shows moved to the next level at the employee page, but no input at the next level. Need to refresh for the same. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

We track the performance of fellow employees at a granular level using SAP SuccessFactors. It helps us in the appraisal cycle, compensation management. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

The coordination between the HR team and workforce through the Sap SF under the cloud and SaaS works very well. Helplful for management of employee data, and self-services with integrated payroll management and has benefits for solving HR ticketing and issues in our organization. We use it SAP SF in our HR department since few years ago, it's great SaaS platform and it has lot of features like time tracking and applicants tracking system help our organization to manage better workforce needs. Furthermore, it has all the features needs of the recruited workforces and even part of the training prerequisites of the new employees can be managed with this platform under the cloud and SAAS. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

We used this product for performance evaluation, and it helps to have all KPIs and add them based on roles. Also, helps you to track individuals progress on it. This product also have workflow management which helps to track progress on you performance review and it's current stage. SuccessFactors is the best solution for managing employee performance within bigger organizations. It makes it easy for us to set and achieve goals and also continuous feedback also helps managers to keep track of our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

There is sometimes confusion on the en route forms. The user interface should be more interactive. Upload functionality should be implemented. Users are not able to create reports or make many customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Certain sections need more customization like your profile details can include more details like more skills and certifications and education details, which are not that robust right now. Performance management is one big task to understand our overall career progression and skill set requirements.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product covers the majority of the basic requirements that large enterprises will have, the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app is the greatest since it allows us to complete performance management, income tax returns, and payroll-related tasks all from a mobile device. I particularly appreciate the UI and capability provided in SAP SuccessFactors; there are several integration APIs available for integrating this with other systems. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Because it is a public cloud solution, extensive modifications tailored to the needs of a given company cannot be completely realized, and the system might become sluggish and unresponsive at times. In my view, they should increase the customizing possibilities because they are now inadequate, and the price should be reduced slightly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP SuccessFactors includes many solutions/modules to handle all HR needs; however, a license can be purchased only for EC and payroll processing if it is the primary requirement, additional SF solutions can be obtained on an as-needed basis. Helped a lot with employee self-service and management self-service; most significantly, you can obtain this on the move, and the mobile app is a pleasant addition; the user interface is good. SAP SuccessFactors offers one-click access to profile information, payroll information, income tax information and solutions, a performance management system workflow and solution, and a dashboard that displays outstanding and overdue activities.
