What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

The baseline SAP SuccessFactors product covers the majority of the basic requirements that large enterprises will have, this program helps you to manage all of your workers' and organizations' data in one place; it is quite handy and has a user-friendly design; the ease of use makes it a terrific tool. In terms of your career objectives, learning, profile management, and goals for the next assessment cycle, the system is uncomplicated; in essence, it enhances your whole performance management and employee-focused platform. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Because this is a public cloud service, extensive customizations customized to the needs of a given company are not possible. Certain aspects, such as your profile data, require additional customisation, such as more skills and certifications and schooling details, which are not as comprehensive at the present, employee level data and salary details are also high level and can be expanded upon. What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

SAP SuccessFactors provides several solutions/modules to handle all HR needs; one can get a license for simply EC and payroll processing if it is the primary requirement, but other SuccessFactors solutions can also be purchased as needed. Helped a lot with employee self-service and management self-service; most significantly, you can obtain this on the move, and the mobile app is a pleasant addition; the user interface is good. Keeping employee files and data is a very valuable function, and recruiters can also access the org chart, where you can easily discover all the data, whether it is yours or the organization's. Performance management is a significant role in understanding our entire career development and skill set needs. With SAP SuccessFactors, we can clearly outline our objectives, targets, and methods to accomplish the same, grades and reviews, and overall progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it helps me with keeping up with yearly appraisal review. I set Goals at the start of the year on which my manager and other people can provide continuos feedback so i can keep my progress in check. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

1. It is highly customizable.

2. Serves as a perfect human capital management tool for large companies.

3. It completes the requirement of KRA/ KPI management .

4. Learning and development of an employee can be tracked and measured by setting certain norms.

5. It is very useful to assign learning, schedule training's to specific group, team, department.

6. I love the "My tile" feature which summarizes and makes easy to supervisors to track training and run reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

1. It is not very easy to use.

2. Need a hands on training on hpw to load trainings and courses.

3. Customer service is not the best.

4. Loading exams, live events is cumbersome.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

HRMS solution that integrates recruiting, onboarding, employee hub, assessment, talent, and learning management. SAP SuccessFactors offers a highly simplified and automated HR experience, making it extremely simple and helpful to digitize and adapt to the new and ever-changing world of HR. It is quite simple to manage different sectors of the workforce using it, and the greatest thing is that it permits integration with many of your own products as well as other platforms. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Lacks customization, requires some UX development for self-service use case, and reporting, which is now lagging behind, is one area where SAP can put in a little more effort. It has limited capacity using APIs to define access levels or centrally implement modules; for example, in the Employee Central module, one may conduct a number of tasks with rules and API if supplied to write the rules. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

There isn't a lot that I like about using SF, it isn't user friendly, intuitive or "slick" in any way. two years into using this product and our 100+ person team still struggles to use it. Using SF is better than having no time management software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The time management capabilities are cumbersome and counter intuitive. It only shows the pro-rated days you've earned, unless you change the calendar date to Dec 31 of the year, which will show you what you *will* have earned by the end of the year. People want to look at the total amount automatically when they wonder "how many vacation days do i have." There is no way to save this setting, so you must reset the date every time you exit the dialogue box. Canceling only a portion of your request is difficult, or trying to change dates for existing requests also gives our team a lot of trouble. SF looks very "Windows 95" - it's not modern, looks like a basic HTML website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can keep y profile full to update with all my details, skills and certifications, which are helpful during profile enhancement and promotions. Performance appraisal forms are not precise. The formatting is always confusing, and which section we are referring is unclear. There are no filter or colour customisations. I can track my performance management, compensation details, compensation appraisal and learning model and learning target for the given time perios over SAP success factors. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I haven't found anything that I enjoy about SAP as I have used it. It seems to be a preferred tool only for finance and supply chain teams and caused everyone else headaches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I find the processes clunky, it doesn't look nide or modern. I'm not sure if it is just the way my organization has it configured, but the processes are difficult, it's slow and looks terrible. I am hoping we can move away from it next year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP has not solved any issues for us. We only use it because our parent company told us we had to. We all dislike it. Years ago the parent company was going to try to make us use more of the modules and after testing it was decided not to proceed because it is not a great set of tools. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP success factors is a very good learning and personnel development tracking platform I have used. I can assign training videos to myself and my team and also recommend the same. The platform captures the current state of learning and allows me to retake the same at any time. Also, the platform provides ability to create new training videos providing all necessary tooling to create a highly interactive and engaging training session.
