A module seems to me to be efficient because it concentrates a lot of information that in many companies is broken the consistency and the correlation with other modules associated with the financial area gives the reliability of the certainty in terms of control and management of services that are given within the organization; in any case the administration payroll payments and many other processes and protocols are easily adapted that is integrated with the planning and management of results; in my opinion ideal. the HCM Module for SAP should be integrated in its entirety as well as the financial one because every financial process is directly integrated with payments of payroll services or failing professional services, the point that this module is super valuable and is not integrated , additionally it would be ideal to keep the data in the cloud and not in a server that for anything could fail and damage everything or lose a lot of information.
