I like the rich functionalities and processes provided by SAP HCM. There are best practice processes designed which can easily deployed as well as configuration and enhancement options to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It might be inevitable. There are certain products which started but not pursued by SAP. These products sometime can cause confusions. For example, SAP java based web dynpros. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
