What do you like best about SAP Solution Manager?

This is a standard software to manage the lifecycle of a number of different business processes. Since most businesses use a number of SAP solutions implemented across a variety of different teams, this is a good general one stop shop to keep track of products. What do you dislike about SAP Solution Manager?

I found the new 7.2 release can be hard to use at times. It is a bit overcomplicated and proves difficult to navigate. The web based userface was supposed to be one of the benefits of this software solution but I'm still personally having trouble with it. Business usage and analytics can be hard to read out of the platform reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Solution Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

My previous company used a plethora of different SAP solutions and this software was a great one stop shop that helped us keep track of the entire lifecycle of these products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP Solution Manager?

I really like the solution it offers as far as the whole suite is concerned. Before solution manager came into place, it was extremely hard to manage end to end SAP lifecycle. So it has simplified a lot of management such as development etc in SAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Solution Manager?

Sometimes it gets complicated to use the system. There are some security issues as well with the system that SAP needs to hash out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
