A. Its not that much non tech person friendly design

SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation has issue with user password reset, It works on Dailog user and as per complaince dailogue user has to reset as per defince parameters. Although SAP iRPA evalved a lot over time but still i see some more areas of improvement such as

- Ease of use

- Visual process flow

- Auto recording of the process

The integration and running of the process are a little complex; it needs to be simplified. The administration of the tools also needs more expertise to manage the new requirements.
